Had my first night without a bra last night (nurses advice!)

AND

They didnt fall off!!! LOL Hysterical

Felt very strange though, i fell asleep with my arm over them!!! Flash

This actually made me chuckle out loud! Hysterical I can imagine how weird it must feel. I was amazed when I was breastfeeding and i could feel the side of my book rubbing on my arm lol

So do you not have to wear your sports bra anymore? I thought you had to wear them day and night for 6 weeks? xxx

Lol I have been told I can have mine out of sports bra to sleep now too but I'm to scared to so I've kept it on I'm sure it doesn't make a difference either way depends how your more comfortable I guess, are you laying on your side yet Hun? I worry it'll hurt laying on my side without sports bra xx

I have to wear a sports bra, but nurse said i can take it off at night...from 3 weeks.

Pammie...i will probably put the belvia on at night, want to keep them nice, but it was a bit of relief sleeping without the macom, its so tight a the front! :doh:

Haha this made me chuckle, i hold mine too when i go up/down stairs, bend down, go over speed bumps... like there gonna fall off its hilarious but i just do it without even thinking LOL!! Xx
