I joined slimming world to start with cos I'd tried every stupid fad diet and every silly shake and nothing had worked. I lost 4 stone just by changing my diet and then I joined to gym to tone up and lose the last stone and now I am hooked on fitness! I go to the gym about 5 days a week for between 1-3 hours and I do a lot of classes and also strength training

Thanks hun! I used to hate exercise myself!! Juts really got into it now and I've made loads of new friends at the gym so I think that really helps cos you keep each other going and its a bit of a social event!! Its the thing I am missing the most since having my BA/uplift and although I can start cardio at 6 weeks my surgeon doesnt want me lifting weights for 3 months!! Its mad isnt it!! I forget sometimes how far I have come and I am always shocked myself when I look back! My daughter doesnt recognise me on my 'before' photos!!
