I would always wear gel filled bra's, the Atlantis ones were fab! Plus there was no risk of any filling falling out. After chasing a chicken fillet down a road when it had fallen out I wasn't taking any chances Hysterical

People say I look no different in clothes now and when I tell them I had barely anything before they're pretty surprised. x

Same Alice the only bras that would fit me were the gel filled atlanis bras... I was actually signed up to a catalogue purely for flat chested ladies, little women, it was called and used to order my gel filled bras from there.

And under tops it would look like I had at least something! X

There is a bra from George called instantly 2 cups bigger it's on Asda site George range , they'd meant to be really good xx

Wow mrsball I never knew about that catalogue ohhh I wish there had been a forum for small breasted women to share all their secrets with before my BA.

I wouldn't worry too much rocky, ensure you're wearing some lose fitting tops that aren't too low cut you'd be surprised what you can get away with. And if anyone does ask just say you owe it all to the bra lol xx

I am pre BA and when i buy my bras i will only buy the most padded bra in the shop just to make me look like i have some boobies. If i have a rare night out i will then wear chicken fillets and a very padded bra. xx

i'm a two bra girl aswell haha!

I used to just make do with an m&s 2 sizes bigger bra but after putting on 2 stone my boobs looked even smaller in comparison with my body so I now wear two of primark's gel padded bra's daily. All my friends think i'm nuts but oh well i'll have the last laugh when I get my gorgeous new boobies aye! xxx

I used to wear a padded bra with chicken filets inside the padded bra! Hysterical I had literally nothing!
And sometimes the chicken filets would ride up the bra and would almost fall out so i would have to quickly push them back in when no one was looking! Haha

This is why people can't tell I've had a BA unless I wear a low cut top

Wear a normal padded then over that a gel filled bra. Then put small fillets in at the sides to give a small cleavage. I am only an A, but because my chest sinks in I could get a little cleavage with fillets etc. I have even stuffed rolled up socks in, tissues etc. But I find the 2 bras gives the best illusion of breasts.

Next do a range called "wow". They do a few different bras, bikinis & tops with built in bras. The bras are not that comfortable to be honest but they definitely give the illusion of big boobs! I love them especially for a night out and just put up with the wires digging in under your arm, if it doesn't show I have put tissue over the end of the wire to stop the digging in! I also buy Ultimo which are gel filled, they are a lot more comfortable but not quite as "enhancing" as the Next ones. The day when I don't need to worry about all this cannot come quick enough especially when it comes to backless dresses, that's a whole different issue!

Thankyou, not yet, have been reading and researching on here for a couple of weeks. Hadn't posted anything yet but thought I'd share about the bras as they are great for short periods of time aren't they? I wore one to work recently and regretted it after having it on for 12 hours :-/ I have a few consultations coming up so still wearing the painful bras for the time being! Have my first consultation with MYA on Monday and one with THG on Thursday so I'm not sure if I'm more excited or nervous for those! See you are getting yours in a couple of weeks, bet you can't wait & are counting down the days x

I am getting nervous now, but just so excited to have a womanly figure again. Good luck with your consultations, i dreaded mine and that was only because my partner had to see my boobs in the light lol!!

I have started to throw my bras in the bin as a kind of closure, hope my ba doesnt get cancelled!!xx

I wear padded plunge bras, or air bras. Hate hate hate walking round shops and seeing real pretty bras and having to feel for padding which the majority of the time isn't there making me feel like poo :(

I used to buy bras based solely on the amount of gel in them, I'm so with you all on feeling up the bras in the shop! I remember those days very well.
I used to like the Atlantis bras too.
I remember going in to a fitting room to try on 3 or 4 gel bras, and on the way out of the changing room giving them back to the lady, and she nearly dropped them! They were so heavy and her arm wasn't expecting the weight! She commented on it too Blush

Heyyy,
I first started off wwearing gel bras from matalan, they were very good for how cheap they were. They were tshirt style bras so you had that tshirt style padding and the gel inside so it gave better volume than other expensive ones.

Then I put a chicken fillet inside the gel bra, then it was two chicken fillets in each side. Then I bought myself silicon breast enhancers in extra large, and so I didnt need my chicken fillets as these were bigger.

Then I bought a thin bra from ebay in the size I guessed I was going to be (36G), and I wore 700cc rice boobs for a couple of months.......then I had my op!!! No one notice my rice boobs, I never knocked into anyone I was careful. So thats how I did it lol xxx

I've got the next padded bras. Everyone I've told that I'm getting a BA has said I don't need one... Yeah, unroll I take my bra off and it all vanishes!
I'll miss my padded bras after, I think I'll still wear them and have extra big boobs!!
