Thanks ladies, got home yesterday morning and spent the day not knowing wether to sleep or what to do. Felt pretty sicky last night and woke up in a bit of pain and can feel the stiffness already so I'm dreading trying to sit up xx will write up my story in the next couple of days. Still can't believe Iv done it dance Xxx
