Re: jiggly boobs
At 6 weeks post-op generally you get the all clear from your surgeon some up to 12 weeks post-op and after that you can treat your boobs as normal and bounce away lol. But at just 3 weeks post-op I wouldn't be bouncing and putting any pressure on my new boobs at all. Boobs need stability throughout their recovery so it's best not to bounce them just yet.
Fifi - yes, it's normal whether you've had unders or overs for the skin/muscle to start relaxing and for you to start to feel some movement from around 6 week post-opish.
We all heal at different times, some sooner than others and there's nothing wrong in being one of the lucky ladies to heal quickly. Enjoy them babe. Over the next coming months they're going to soften a lot more and gain a lot more movement and it's then you'll get to see your boobs full potential! Xx
