Re: Cabin fever!
know exactly what you mean , i cant wait to get back to gym next week. i wouldnt have been able to have much anyway as the 6 week summer hols so having the children, but am really missing it esp running. im frightened of running 'too early' as of the impact even with a sports bra! plus due to the bottoming out of lefty i dont want to make it worse? but surgeon said it shouldnt drop any further, so will do low impact bike and cross trainer to keep me going. then will have to cease it all again come october! :( x

Re: Cabin fever!
There's nothing at all stopping you from getting out and going for a walk lovely.
Hunching over is kinda instinctive, to protect our new boobs, but you will gradually straighten up. The sooner you get up and walking about, the better it gets. Honestly babe, getting yourself up and mobile as soon as you feel able is the best thing you can do for yourself. Take things gently at first and build yourself up to a really good long walk every day.
No hoovering or anything else that puts on pressure on the upper body, it's really so important that your upper body gets the rest it needs to enable you to get the best results possible.
I found getting out and walking lots kept my weight down and stopped me feeling like a complete slop sat on the sofa LOL. xx
