Bra fitting aka best day ever!
Hi everyone
So I was 6 weeks last Wednesday. Surgeon was so pleased & told me I can now wear normal bras yay! I asked about wearing wires & he said to wear what feels most comfy/supportive and if I feel comfy wearing wires to do so. Went & had a fitting in m&s, John Lewis & debhamnams. Went to all these places because I thought they'd got my size wrong but they all said the same...30f! I used to wear 34a (no idea where I got the 34 from!) I was so happy I could've cried!
Been wearing wired bras in day time (sports bra at night) since Wednesday. Was scared to stop wearing sports bras at 1st but feel much better in a proper bra!
So to all you girls still feeling achey, sore & a bit down keep going & thinking ahead to bra fitting day. It will be worth it!! And massive thanks to cookie & all the other girls for your reassurance & support. You all really put my mind at rest when I was having a panic & worrying about every little thing!
Xxx

I know I was shocked! The lady who fitted me in John Lewis was great & said I'll prob have better luck with a 32e. Which is true I'm struggling finding anything nice above dd! To be honest they don't look massive my friends were shocked when I said what size I was. I'll try & figure out how to do a pic so you can all see haha x

Do they measure U with a sports bra on or off cuz I imagine the sports bra would flatten U a bit. My bf don't believe im an e he says they don't look it.
