Thanks for the messages girls, had my BA today and not as bad as I was dreading! Lol, not much pain just uncomfortable when I move and stand up but happy do far, although the weird cone shape takes some getting used to!
My flatmate laughed when she saw me at the shape but size will be about right after swelling goes and they drop a bit. Had 295cc overs in the end, but only know from my notes as totally out of it after lol, and that was with sedation.
Will post my story when I feel more awake.

Thanks again ladies, this forum is great for support and advice, expected all of it so no shocks. Just happy to be in the bigger boobie club now :D!! Xxx
