Dreams have started Empty Dreams have started

Post by sugarplum_sassie 24th July 2012, 1:26 pm

Think it was around this time pre-Ba that I had dreams last time, obviously it's getting closer and playing on my mind, had a really weird dream last night, that I had to wait ages for my theatre slot (like almost end of the day!) and even had my op over 2 days!?! (2 ops in 2 days) the hospital was really busy it was such a random dream. I've got mixed emotions this time as I'm so relieved and happy to be having my re-op and hope that it sorts my problems but of course I'm also worried about the outcome, with having to decrease size and change to unders. Having read a few posts lately about very short notice cancellations because of late medical background checks that's also worrying me, THG requested I had a blood test (hypothyroid) which I did last week, just hope my surgery fax it to them promptly and there's no issues with the results. Think I'll give THG a ring in a day or to just to double check they've received the results and all is ok and hopefully put my mind at ease. I am really unhappy in my job at the moment and am desperately searching for another, so I'm actually looking forward to being off on sick leave and would be devastated if I got postponed for my surgery.

I know what you mean about the dreaming, I only had one pre-op but it scared the life out of me! I dreamt I woke up halfway through the operation and my surgeon was oblivious so kept going. It felt soooo real and I woke up all dizzy and sweaty Dreams have started 588945

Fingers crossed about your results! Dreams have started 1150991001 As you say it's probably best just to ring them so you're not worrying about it.

It's definitely normal with the amount of stress we're putting ourselves under.
Good luck with your results.
