Ive got my 2nd app with Mr Alvi nxt thur!! :) 2nd app with Mr Alvi!! :) 899188

Got a preliminary booking for 4th sept for my BA.

Its all becoming very real now and im constantly swinging between scared to death and SUPER excited!!! :)

Im going to go through sizes again as im starting a c/d and thinking 420cc unders to take me to a dd!! :)

Taking DH with me for an opinion on size! lol :)

thats what im abit worried about 2nd app with Mr Alvi!! :) 199385

gonna see what mr alvi says on thur about it as i dont want to look like im about to topple over bt want to get the fullness back.

we're you dead excited?

How were your unders after?

Also how long did they take to drop? I can wait for fluffing as ppl dont notice it happening bt i dont want to be in work with them under my chin!!! lolol :)

I was a small C before, had 360CC and am a DD so as sunshinelady says you may even end up bigger :) I had overs though so I don't know how unders are in comparison? And obviously everyone's take a bit differently. I'm sure your surgeon's advised you as best as he can! Good luck with it all! x

Totally excited and a bit nervous too! Unders were fine, not as bad as I expected, was sore for a couple of days but it got better after.

I'm only 7 weeks post op so not loads of fluffing yet buy they look nice and natural :)

If im a c/d do we reckon im gonna end up more like a E??

Im more bothered with them being wide enought to be honest so thinking maybe i should change from HP to mods?

What do you guys think?

No-one can give you those guarantees babe. Not even your surgeon, it's best to just take your recovery a day at a time hun and to just wait to see what the boobie fairy bring you. :thumbs:

The higher the profile, the narrower the implant hun, so if it's width that is priority for you, I'd stick with the mods. yes

thats what im thinking cook, id rather them be wide enough than too high!!

im going to talk to Mr Alvi nxt thur and see what he suggests as he might think still HP as ive not got hardly any upper pole fullness at the min?!

Ahhhh I presumed you'd been offered both babe. I'd talk further with your surgeon hun, you need to know your breasts are wide enough first to accommodate mods because if not lovely, you could end up with a complication such as symmastia because the implants are far too wide for your body frame.

All this needs careful consideration hun, so do discuss breast width in depth with Mr A and let him guide you to what might be best for you hun. xx

i think i would be alreight on ribcage size though coz im nt a delicately put together girl!! :)

however i dont realy mind that much eather way as i know when we're talking 420 the difference in width is minimal!! :)

He hasnt measured my width or anything yet as i was waiting for the all clear from the BC clinic if you remember so even more excited! :)

AND hubby got a bonus this month so i might not have to put anything on a card yet!!! :) 2nd app with Mr Alvi!! :) 899188

This is a misconception many women have thinking that a fraction of difference is minimal, every measurement matters babe, if it didn't manufactures wouldn't be wasting their time making implants that are of no consequence, so do bare this in mind lovely.

Really pleased for you and your hubby. What a time for you both to get this windfall hey! That's fantastic babe. I'm made up for you yipee
