What is best? Empty What is best?

Hi Everyone.

I will be having my opp on Wednesday and I wanted to know what foods are best to eat to speed up the healing process of the operation. How long does it take to get moving again? what are the right clothes to wear? I am going back to work after a week off is that enough time? Although Nadja at MYA has advised me on a few things I find it is always best to ask those whom have had the recent experiences. Also what is the pain thresh hold on a scale of 1 - 10 when you come round after the operation?

After the op i had no pain as i was numbed with local but was stiff the next day, just keep up with your meds and you'll be fine x
