Assymetry of breasts
Does anyone else have this or did you have it and have had a BA? Was your result good? Do you now have even breasts?? Having a sudden panic!! One of the main reasons for me having my BA is the assymetry of my breasts along with the fact that they are too small and i have had 3 children! It dawned on me what if they are still a different size after my op!? I would be gutted! i know they wont be identical after but there is almost a cup size between by boobs! :( I am having a bigger implant in my smaller breast. So just wanted to know if anyone has had this and had a succesful BA. Thanks girls. xxxx

Re: Assymetry of breasts
My assymetry pre BA was awful, I had 280cc in one and 365cc in the other to put the assymetry onto a "normal" scale. A slight difference is pretty common as most women aren't perfectly symetrical. My surgeon did a wonderful job and they're nicely even now but it's worth remembering it isn't an exact science, but it will hopefully make it less noticeable. I did go through a frankenboob phase early on where they seemed to be uneven but that's no longer the case.
I figure you've discussed this all with your surgeon if you're having different sized implants!
As you're an Active member you can see my picture trail if you'd like to see what was done about my assymetry X

Re: Assymetry of breasts
I had asymmetry too, but not enough to warrant different size implants. My assymmetry wasn't the size really, but one was higher than the other and one nipple was too much over to the left. This has all been corrected now :) x

Re: Assymetry of breasts
I had slight a symmetry and had a slightly smaller implant in my left breast...there is still a slight difference in them, as Alice said its not an exact science but its not really noticable unless you know what youre looking for. x
