PLEASE HELP
Hi... Im new to this site.
My op is booked for 17th July but my surgeon is on holiday between now and the day before my op and I didnt think to ask about post op bra. I have got 350 high profile PIPs and am having them replaced with nagor extra high profile 465's... has anyone got any idea what size sports bra I should take, Im a 34d/ dd at the min so also has anyone any idea what size I might be after the op?
Also I never took arnica before so is it beneficial and when/ how much should I take?
Any replies would be appreciated

Re: PLEASE HELP
I couldn't possibly guess your resulting size lovely as it's such a mine field! But for your post-op bra I'd probably suggest you buy a 34e and maybe a 36E too , just incase you had any swelling around the ribs. You could always take back the bra you didn't need later if you kept the receipt lovely and WELCOME TO BJSF!
Re: PLEASE HELP
Hi if you buy a macom post op bra then you just go by underbust size as cup stretches so you would need a size 34 I would highly recommend it as its great and also so cumfy to sleep in, I bought a couple of them to begin with then got fitted for shock absorber sports bra a few weeks after to wear day time then back to macom at night .If you go on macom medical website you can use discount code ' mybreast ' to get 15% off.
