Ladyboys.. How do they get such big boobs?

I watched a very interesting series on Sky about ladyboys and some of them had huge boobs ,some more natural than others ,so my question is ,they were men with mens chests and no breast tissue to speak of, particularly as they are all very skinny. So how did they manage to get such big implants in? The reason I ask is because on here quite a few ladies have said they dont have enough tissue to be able to go over a certain size so how come ladyboys can?Got to admit most of the "girls" were stunning and their boobs were amazing. Very few of them had the stuck on look which I would have expected. Random topic I know but thats what happens when your lying in bed at stupid o'clock being driven mad by high pitched noises in your ear Hysterical

Some look so natural and real ,its amazing!

My husband thinks I'm obssessed with boobs,so Ive never
mentioned it! Lol

I think we are all obsessed with boobs on here yes

. I cant work it out . It was a very interesting series and another thing I did nt get (Going slightly off boob topic) was that it featured 2 english mens stories aswell and they both had ladyboy girl/boyfriends but said they were not gay ! well how the hell does that work? Both their girlfriends had great boobs but they still had their todgers too Hysterical

So how are the men not gay shrug

There was a guy where I used to work going through the motions to become a woman and she was given hormones to take which made her grow actual boobs.

Over about a year they were about a B cup!! But looked really good.

I think Parisgirl is right. They have hormone injections to block testosterone so begin to develop breasts. I suppose once they've got a little something they can then pop a couple of implants in.

I think gender reassignment is a bit of a gray area and I think even sexuality can be too on occasions.

I think sometimes it comes down to what the person is on the inside - gender wise, not whether they're a nice person or not - I think the majority of people of who have a sex change ARE the sex they're changed into. It's possible these men see them as women, but they happen to have a little bit of something else *cough cough*.

My Mum's very close friend has had a gender reassignment, so I've had a chance to see the complexities of what it can involve, both physically, mentally and also how it can effect relationships. Either way some can be incredibly convincing. yes

They are given hormones first to develop some sort of breast and then when they have enough room, they then have implants. See it on embarassing bodies. xx
