400cc extra full projection too round?

Hija Ladies
Just wondering if any of you had 375 or 400cc natrelle
round partials. I am 32A now. Size 6/8.
My surgeon advised 325cc or 335 full projection. He
want natural look even more than me ha ha...
he said that we could possibly do extra full in the same
diameter (11.5-11.75) which are 375cc 400cc.
but he said they might look too round on me.
Anyone with the same sizing could share their
pictures???

With having partials sweetheart, you must have little breast tissue/body fat to cover the implant, so in going partially under the muscle this helps to cover the implant giving you the nice natural look you desire. But the muscle can only cover so much!!!! So if the implant is too large lovely, you do risk getting the fake stuck on look, which isn't very pretty is it.

Believe me sweetheart, biggest isn't always best, what is best is an implant that tailored to suit 'your' frame. In going to large for your body type, you also raise the risk of getting CC, your incision would be wider to accommodate the implant, the chances of permanant numbess raise... I could go on, but sweetie, you'd do best to listen to your surgeon and get the best you can from this surgery and lower the risks for yourself lovely. xx

Zulka u ain't alone there girl!!! My fella said to me this morning "for God's sake will you stop talking about boobs!!! You've got two weeks before your op then you're here for two weeks after, and I KNOW the two weeks after it will be all you talk about so will you give me a rest now!?"

I have Naterelle round's, under the muscle 495cc extra full projection. I'm 5ft 1, 7st, size 6. This is my 2nd BA though, I only had 315 first tiem around, from a 30A to a 30DD. Not sure what size I will be this time, ps said possibly 30F and they are 'round' but that's the look I like.. not bothered about looking natural x

Somebody said something here the other day that really struck a chord as it was so true! my apologies to whoever it was who said it as I can't remember, but what they did say that it was always best to be that little bit smaller than bigger... The reason for this is because if they are that bit smaller, you can always give them that extra OOOMPH! with a bra, and when you have implants, you really can achieve some oomph let me tell ya! lol, also when you need a re-op, if you wanted to go larger it's a simple case of having another breast aug in the future. But if your implants are larger than you'd like, you're stuck with them! You can't hide them, they can make you look fatter than you are and when you need a re-op, if you then want to go smaller, you'd need the further scarring from having to have an uplift.

It was such a great way to put that point of view across and I thought it would help your mind set too, so you could just look forward to the lovely boobs you're getting xx

Haha, I think we all drive our partners/friends mad babe! Thats what is so great about here, we all understand and are as boobie mad as each other! hahaha. xx
