Re: GYM BUNNIES!
hi "hotknockers" i went back to swimming twice a week after 6 weeks (i only swim breaststroke so it felt very odd), i got my husband to help me, we must hav looked very strange
I did visit the gym for a work out after 8 weeks too.
About 3 weeks ago i went back to running three times a week but hav put that on hold at moment as ive done something to my knee!!

Re: GYM BUNNIES!
I haven't actually been back to the gym since. I've been working on my excuses to avoid it... Awful sunburn, no money, I wonder what me next will be..
I think you'll be fine doing most things really providing you've had the all clear from the surgeon, but I would take it one step at a time and build it up for fear of over doing it.x

Re: GYM BUNNIES!
It was one of my first questions as i love going to the gym and it realy chills me out when ive been at home with the kids all day.
I do 3 or 4 times a week doing classes or eather in the gym.
I do alot of crosstraining normally an hour each time im in the gym or i do bodypump on a wed.
I asked my PS and he said 6 weeks should be sufficient to go back and weirdly ive already been coming up wih excuses why i cant go at the min lolol bear in mind my ops in september lolol :)
