Boobs done,what would you like next ?

Having our boobs done must probably be a dream come true for most of us, it certainly is for me. It got me thinking about what I would have done next if money were no object ? I thought hard about this and I think it would probably be a neck lift. Time is a bugger and it does things to your body that no matter how hard you try to prevent it it still happens! It probably would nt be what you all want as you are all young compared to me and the old turkey neck has nt happened yet Hysterical

I think I have been quite lucky with my face and most people think I am in my early 40's which is great as I am 51. But the old neck is very defiant against most creams and potions that I know of (unless you know anything that works ? ) So what would it be for you, new nose, a bit of lipo, butt implants or one of the many other things on offer ?xx

I would probably have lipo on my stomach and definatley veneers. Im looking at getting them whitened soon. I doubt I would think about getting anything else done. It would be a totally different story if the money was actually sitting in my bank, I would probably want all sorts done lol.

Hiya lucky!

I really want my teeth doing! I always have. I've naturally got proper fangs, and people have actually asked me where I got them from and where I had them done lol as they think I've had them put on! But I have a major dentist phobia so the thought of getting them filed down to stubs to put on veneers is stopping me from doing so!
Other than that, in a fantasy world I'd love a bit of lipo! But the only think on my mind at the minute is a holiday and getting the girls in a bikini for the first time ever!
I bet you don't look your age lucky and you seem like a spring chick at heart anyway! Xx

Girls I never thought of veneers, thats a good one . I love the very white look.Vicci, I had my teeth professionally whitened 3 yrs ago ,zoom whitening . OMG it was very painful for about 6 weeks after. I dont want to put you off as it is nt painful for everyone. I had sensitive teeth in the 1st place but it took it to a whole new level Hysterical

But it did look good and I was very pleased with the outcome. It was very expensive though and they need doing again I think,but not sure I can go through that again !
Pussycat , there are dentists who specialise in nervous patients so maybe you could try and find one. A holiday sounds fab and yes, getting your girls out and in a bikini is the best thing ever. xx

Definitely a nose job, I may consider saving up for one too for when I have a re-op in the future and getting them cheaper together. I can't say a nose job is as essential as my boobs were though so whether I'll ever go through it who nose! - see what I did there?! Blush

I'd love veneers but generally my teeth are a good shape thanksmtombraces as a teenager. I'd just love to not have to worry about staining.. I drink everything through a straw as I'm incredibly anal with it. But unfortunately it means when I'm sat in Costa with a straw in my tea I look like some kind of adult-child. :doh:

Drinking through a straw may look funny but it is a wise thing to do. I had to for ages after teeth whitening but from my point of view it was more of a pain issue but obviously helped keep them white. xx

Flippin' eck, if money were no object... nose job, jaw straightening, mini tummy tuck, lipo on top of thighs, bum implants (though they don't sound very comfortable!), maybe a bum transplant...? Crow's feet sorting.. Maybe it's a good job I can't afford anything else since having the boobs done! It's getting back into exercise post op that's the only thing I can do though. I'm going to take mountain biking back up, something I've been neglecting in this last year in favour of running. And mountain biking is FAR more fun & better for the old buttocks than running anyway - so re-awaken will I my quest for buns of steel!

I had heard it can be quite painful, that is the one thing keeping me from booking. I'm not good with pain lol

Vicci, like I said ,I dont think its painful for everyone but you would nt know unless you tried it so its a difficult one. I have had 4 babies and honestly would rather do that again than whitening Hysterical

To be fair the dentist who did it did tell me that as I already had sensitive teeth it probably would hurt. Maybe you could go for a no obligation consult and see what they say. Maybe there is a test they can do . My results were good but for me, not worth the pain xx

Yes I like the idea of veneers...

I have heard that it destroys the top lining of the enamel everytime you whiten them and if its done regularly you end up with very porous weak teeth Boobs done,what would you like next ? 683465

Have you tried Crest whitening strips? I use them and they're amazing, if I follow them as advised and do it daily they become really sensitive so I just do it every so often now as a top up! They're very good though, I can't imagine professional whitening at the dentist would make much more of a difference. They sell them in different strengths though, so don't try the supreme whitening as they're the ones that cause sensitivity for me... The others have been fine.

Although reading isothero's post have put me off a little!x

I cut off most of my hair yesterday and have a new short 'do' which I love! Truly is the year of a 'new me' Cheerleader

Thanks Loobs! Love it! My hair was a bit like the avi I use but it's all short and layered now! Very happy. Might put a piccy in the 'what do we look like' dance

i am currently in the process of having veneers done i had one massive thang that stood out of my mouth! it was horrid , iv had that removed and currently waiting for my venneers to be made :) im also getting lip fillers in august , i am VERY nervous about this as i keep having flashes of pete burns - katie price and lyndsay lohan but i have a few consultations lined up im going very natural just a tad in to make my lips look more in proportion to my face lol xx

A few of you have suggested teeth whitening!! I tried a new product just recently which is from America, but you can buy it online! Called Crest White Strips, its around £20-30 depending on retailer!! Honestly its amazing its strips you put on your teeth for 30 mins for 20 days! The difference is top notch so noticeable!! Everyone now comments on my white teeth :-) Just thought id let you know a cheaper alternative!! XX

That picture was taken half way through using the strips, they really are good.....i suggest them to everyone!! I drink heaps of coffee at work all day and my teeth are lovely and white lol xxx

Actually I have a recommendation....

One thing ive been doing this past year is laser hair removal and it's brilliant!

Ive had my legs, underarms and bikini (Brazilian) done and now I'm smooth and fuzz free all the time! Sweeeeet... dance

Sunshine , how many times did you have it done before its permanent ? Tbh I dont mind shaving legs, underarms etc but what I do hate is the hair above my lip ! Ok moustashe Hysterical

There are nt many there and they have appeared with age ,so I pluck them out. I would love them gone for good.xx

Hehe! It cost me £399 for 7 treatments, you need at least 6 to have a permenant effect.

The treatments are 6 weeks apart so you catch every cycle of hair growth. It doesn't permentantly remove every single hair, but it drastically reduces it to barely nothing. I can't recommend it enough! I'm 5 treatments in and get barely any regrowth on my legs and non at all on my bikini and underarms.
