Hi hun, sorry I haven't had 615cc, although I wouldn't mind having them it might help if you have a look through our post op stats page here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
as you will probably see from this no matter what size implant, even with 2 people almost idential with identical sizes dont always end up the same size.
Just out of my own curiosity (I'm nosey) what size are you hoping to achieve? and what size are you going from, if you dont mind me asking?

Re: Hi. Anyone had 615cc?
Hi hun and thanks for the info. I want to look around a dd and I know implants measure bigger than they look so really to measure an f/ff or even a g I'm currently a 36/38 b so quite broad. But on saying that I don't want 700cc as I feel they are too big for me if that makes sense lol xx

Re: Hi. Anyone had 615cc?
I completely understand hun, you should go with whatever you feel comfortable with, did you try on the implants with Mr Singh? If so they can look a tiny bit smaller than when they're actually inside. Being a 32FF myself I can confirm implants do seem to measure bigger than they actually look in clothes as I feel in most outfits I only look a DD. I'm sure they will be a lovely size on you.

Yeah tried implants and at first thought they were too big but quickly got used to them. 700 were defo too big and then 525 weren't big enough lol. I go back to see him in a few months as I'm in the process of losing weight so want to make sure of what will look best when I've lost more xc

Re: Hi. Anyone had 615cc?
Hi Willa, I've got 615s, and Mr Singh actually did mine.
When I first got them I was suprised by how normal and 'not huge' they looked! Considering it's quite a big implant size compared to what most ladies get.
I started as a 32c and ended up a 32g, which on my frame (size 12ish) looks more like what people think of as a DD.
You're right to get to a weight you're comfortable with before your op, to ensure you'll get implants in a size you'll be happy with long term. x

Re: Hi. Anyone had 615cc?
Wow thanks Mrsm. Your avatar looks amazing. Not overly massive at all. I'm aiming to get back into a 12 as I was that before I had my little girl and went up to an 18. I've now managed to get down to nearly a 14 so not too much more to go. Getting excited again now as I've seen loads of 525 and 700 but yours are the first 615s I've seen. Wahoo hurry up December lol xc thankyou xx

Re: Hi. Anyone had 615cc?
Hi Willa, Ive got 750cc unders and they dont look huge. I second everything mrsm says and I took advice from her to, Dont know if you remember but thanks mrsm! I wouldnt get hung up on bra sizes because after my first ba I measured a 32e but that was more the width because the implants were a low profile and only had a projection of 3cm something-looked like b cup drop scones! I have broad shoulders but bra band size 30-32(weird body!) and after having 4 consultations with different companies they all said similar cc's. Also in my opinion and experience I thinkl overs appear bigger than unders too. I would have liked overs but all the surgeons excluding one from transform said unders. I measure 32g now but probably look a d/dd

Re: Hi. Anyone had 615cc?
Awe thanks red. Im not really too bothered on what I measure but would really like to look decent sized if ya know what I mean. I see it as I'm laying all this money so I wanna feel like I've had a boob job if that makes sense lol. I've heard me traynor is great also. What profile did you have if u don't mind me asking xx

Re: Hi. Anyone had 615cc?
Hiya I had xhp which I'm very happy with. After my first ba people didnt even notice I had one- I had looked bigger in my trusty gel bra! I had a really good experience with Mya and Mr Traynor was fantastic. It was such a big decision as I had payed alot of money with my first ba with Spire which was a disaster. It wasnt until after that I discovered this invaluable site. I didnt even realise that there were different profiles and didnt consider aftercare at all. I would read all the information possible on this site and also pictures of the look you after to show your surgeon. Do you know if you are having overs or unders?

Re: Hi. Anyone had 615cc?
Oh no. Yes im having overs. Currently a b. I've no doubt that I would be happy with the 615 as I wouldn't have to have a nip lift with these but still considering a nip lift with this size. It's such a massive choice. I knew I was unsure about the 525trx which I was gonna have with Russo as I've been walking around with rice boobies and I did want bigger. I think I'll see when I go back in a couple of months when ie lost the weight and try both 615 and 700s again. God it's such a big decision. At least it's easier to make boobs look bigger than smaller xxx

Re: Hi. Anyone had 615cc?
Yes its such a big decision. It sounds like you got have got more boobage than what I had when I started. I measured a 32c but was very flat-chested but boobs were wide. Could never fill a unpadded c cup but needed it for the width. I always wore gel bras that gaped! All the surgeons I saw said I had very uplifted boobs but thats because I had nothing to droop just nipples ha ha. Yes youre right about making it easier for boobs to look bigger-after first ba ended up wearing gel bra anc chicken fillets again! Finally happy now after alot of trauma and nearly getting divorced. Keep wearing the rice boobies!

Re: Hi. Anyone had 615cc?
Hi girls :)
Im having 420cc unders in sept and im currently wearing a 32d double gel so i reckon im a 34c size 12ish, pretty tall tho at 5ft9
I was hoping for a decient dd bt now thinking maybe the 420cc isnt enough after reading your posts.
Willa your so lucky hunni that you can have overs im with red having to have unders asi dont have much tissue at the top of my boobs after having 2 littlens!! :)
Choosing sizes is SUCH a nightmare

Re: Hi. Anyone had 615cc?
Hiya KS4111. I agree sizes are a nightmare! I have pics of my first ba-390 unders if you wanted to take a look. They were a low profile and very wrong for me-massive gap which I couldnt get any sort of cleavage with a push-up bra and didnt move at all. I'm around 5ft 6-7, size 10 on the bottom but even pre ba always had size 12 tops-broad shoulders. I really must get some photos of my 2 ba to show how my 750cc aern't massive. I kept my 2nd op a secret and no one at work has noticed. I have a much smaller gap and they move and feel more like real boobies! I have allergan responsives now.

Re: Hi. Anyone had 615cc?
if you have red that would be amazing hun thankyou so much, i just keep thinking that if im paying for them i want them to look impressive lol :)
The thing that was worrying me was that alot of ladies seem to have alot smaller than 420cc so i was thinking the 420s would be big enough bt i think its becasue im bigger than the avarage bear!! lol :)

well i wasnt happy with the size but know that is something i have to save to pay for, but i recently had a problem with my boob it felt odd so surgeon checked it and the implant has flipped over, so he gave me options of leave it and see if it flips again, make pocket smaller to stop implant flipping or putting bigger implants in, so i said bigger implants so it will be free, having overs again x
Re: Hi. Anyone had 615cc?
Excellent that it's free but not so excellent that u have to have a reop :( good luck hunni xx I wud so go bigger too if I had the choice and it was free :) xxxx
