Its such a huge decision choosing the size of our implants so I was wondering who feels they made the right decision? And who wishes they'd gone bigger or smaller?

I'm early PO so it's too soon to tell for me, but when I tried the implants on I just knew I didn't want bigger and I never asked what the biggest size I could fit was. Looking back I wish I did find out, because now I'm so used to them I wonder if I could have gone bigger etc. Maybe that's a case for in the future or maybe when I'm out of sports bras I'll be happy I settled with what I've got, I guess I'll find out in time!

So, as the title goes... Are you happy with your post op size?x

I'm happy with my size, but I'm not ecstatic about it. I thought they'd be smaller than they turned out, but I can live with what I have quite happily till I need another re-op and I'll opt to go a fair bit smaller then. xx

What an excellent topic Alice, as boob greed crops up pretty frequently! So it's refreshing when cookie says she would prefer to be a bit smaller as I only ever hear of people wanting to go bigger!
I have terrible boob greed though, but I already had the biggest I could get to fit my tiny minus size boobs. I guess it is a case of getting used to them and not seeing them for what they are, as I had nowt before, i have a hell of a lot more now and I still want more!

Are you happy with your post op size? 1978086825 I feel that way too. I occassionally get boob greed but don't think I'd want to be any bigger because buying bras would be a pain and they suit my body.

I find myself looking at other girls when I'm out (Are you happy with your post op size? 808228 out of the corner of my eye when they're not looking) and compare. Just have to remind myself that I'm not wearing gel bras anymore x

Yep this was also a big factor for me regarding buying bras - I wanted to be able to dress mine up in gorgeous underwear without it being a challenge!

I eye up boobs all of the time now, I bet people think I'm such a perve if they ever spot me having a sneaky look and trying to guess in my head what size they are! Hysterical x

I am very happy with the size of mine but that doesnt mean I dont like bigger boobs ,just not on me! I am only 5foot 1 and tbh I think I would have looked silly with bigger boobs I am a 38E. Strange thing is ,same size implants as before but have gone from DD to E ,dont really understand that one shrug .I had the chance to go bigger 7 weeks ago when my pips were replaced but chose not to.If I was taller I would have gone bigger. xx

I sometimes have boob greed but I know full well that the size I have are perfect for my frame. I want them to look as natural as possible (i think they're close as they can be) and being teeny weeny frame -wise any bigger would not give me the natural look I like. I'm just so happy to feel confident in my new body!

I am very happy with mine, they're a great size, at first I would have said no I wouldn't have them any bigger, but now 3 years on I'm kinda getting used to them, so I wouldn't mind a tiny bit bigger. I dont like having such a large gap between my boobs, so I've always wished I had slightly wider implants to close the gap a bit more, although it might not have worked and I'd have more side boob. When I need a re op in future I will most certainly have bigger implants either 525 or 600cc but no bigger.

I am glad with the size that i have picked. I was very small before hand, and although i still think i look relatively small on the scale of things, they are a lot bigger than i had(DOUBLE!) I now feel i can wear lace bras and go out with out 'having' to wear a bra becuase if i didnt id have nothing!!
How ever i do look at them and think i spent quite a bit of money on these bad boys and i think being larger would have justified it a lit more but I think thye suit my frame and i dont want the 'fake look'
I think when i get another op in 10 years time (hopefuly) i will go larger, maybe 270 to a 350... maybe 400.. we shall see ;) xxxx

I am over the moon with my boobies. Are you happy with your post op size? 113752

When I first had them done, I was shocked at the size, couldnt believe how big they were and worried that the surgeon had put too big an implant it (we discussed 360/380 and he put 400 in).

Now things have started to settle (not completely I know), I just couldnt be happier, they've opened up so many more gates, I smile when I look at them every day!

I'm happy with my size, but if I had a time machine and could go back and do it all again, I'd go for a bit smaller.
Just for little reasons like STILL not fitting in alot of dresses, cos where my chest was too flat before, it's now too big.

I also think it's better to be in the position of being a little bit too small as you can plan to go bigger with another BA, whereas if you go too big you normally need an uplift to go smaller, and I'm rather terrified at the prospect of an uplift.

So for now mine are pretty perfect for the look I wanted, but whenever I need a re-op (hopefully a good 10 years from now) I'll go smaller.

You make a very good point here about re-ops... Those that are on the smaller side can always rectify if things go south by going bigger, girls who have gone the biggest they would like to achieve perhaps won't have as many options. Something I never thought about until I was PO! I always plan to go bigger with re-ops by just a bit, I think as my bum and waist expand with age my boobs will have to keep up Hysterical x

I wanted a size that looked realistic on my frame, wanted to look like I was naturally blessed, and it's what I got. Also, I didn't want to be top heavy, I don't want my boobs overtaking my bum, they should compliment eachother Are you happy with your post op size? 199385 They don't get in my way when I exercise, I'm able to find bras in most shops, and all my clothes still fit Are you happy with your post op size? 184153

I think ive got a good size. Im generally happy.

Theres been times ive wished i was smaller, as they are a bit bigger than i expected/asked for, but all in all I think the surgeon chose a good size for me.
I can dress them down or up, and they are a natural looking size on my frame

I agree with so many of the comments on here. Im still very early, but as each day goes by and they settle more, I know my PS made the right decision with size for me. Like a lot of girls here have said, in particular with a small frame, anything bigger, would just not look right!!

Im grateful for the reassurance Ive had on here, and realise when Ive had my doubting days about size, its perfectly normal, and see how much they change even in just a short space of time....

My friend who had them done (and I really respect her opinion) was saying to me beforehand, go bigger (she wishes she had, although I think hers are perfect). She reckoned I would be like her and regret later on.......Im soooo glad I trusted myself and my PS, knowing that anything bigger than what Ive got would have just made me look like Dolly Parton (no disrespect to Dolly!) I just didnt want to be that top heavy!!!
