Completely ridiculous, but...
Do any of you girls who have had unders find it really hard to mash potatoes?!! I can't do it now, it feels like my boobs are going to pop off my body!
I'm wondering if it's just me. And I don't like mr mash! x

I have overs but I can imagine its difficult with unders! It's surprisingly hard work mashing potatoes from my pre BA experience .... I always opt for the lazy option of microwaveable mash which usually ends up being more like a mash potato yogurt X

Hi hun, I have unders and I couldnt chop an onion till last week (that was 5 weeks p o) I have nt tried mash yet but gonna give it a go tomorrow. Have chips instead lol Seriously though mashing pots is quite hard anyway so after your muscles have been through all that trauma I think its probably normal xx

Re: Completely ridiculous, but...
I didn't try mashing potatoes but found straining a tea bag surprisingly difficult for a few weeks PO (partial unders).
Take this wonderful opportunity to give up mashing potatoes...use a hand blender instead x

Re: Completely ridiculous, but...
This might be a completely stupid suggestion but what would happen if you put it in a blender...is that a bad idea (sorry I am dumb lol) xx

I don't mash but I know what u mean!!
Everytime I pull or push something at work or heavy item I can feel my boobs move.
It's just muscles...feels very weird but that's the anatomy. I'm nearly a year

Re: Completely ridiculous, but...
Don't put potatoes in the blender to make mash, the blades will cut through the starch molecules, it'll turn to wallpaper paste Get a potato ricer instead, no lumps, lovely homemade mash You'll still have to use your muscles, just not as much but not as much.
Sorry I can't help you about the funny feeling though, I got overs especially because I'm muscular and athletic xxx

Agreed Roxanne we use a potato ricer too. My favourite is putting some cheddar into the mash....mmmm cheese.
I have had partial unders but do not plan on doing any mashing for a few weeks, that's what the DH is there for! xx

Lol you girls make me laugh!
Mmm cheddar mash...
Yeah anyway I have a very understanding boyfriend who'll do that for me now, though I think he thought I was joking when I said if I mash potatoes then my boobs will end up on my back!
I wonder how much of my boobs are under the muscle? Is it all of them?!

Re: Completely ridiculous, but...
Yummy cheddar mash!
Generally unders are partial unders, only the pec muscles cover the implants, so the lower one third is not covered by muscles.
Full unders are most often reserved for reconstructive ops, though some surgeons do full unders for regular BAs, this is much rarer though.
