Hey!
if you think it could be an infection then I would try and see your pc or nurse to put your mind at ease. I know I'm 7 months po and my scars are still quite red, but if yours feel hot or sore go and get them checked out hun but I'm sure it'll be nothing to worry about! :)
Btw your avi is amazing!!

Dont worry sweetie Hug When you first ease yourself into underwires, it can often irritate the scar and possibly blister. Try popping a panty liner against the bra to cushion your scars babe (sticky side against the bra) and just try wearing your wired bras for a couple of hours a day to begin with, building the time up until you can wear them for as long as you'd like to and feel comfortable.

I took months till I was able to wear wires all day babe, so slow and gentle and is the way, cushioning the scars to help keep them protected. xx

I think cookie has given the best advice, I was exactly the same, relly uncomfy in underwire, but built up the time I wore them half an hour at a time each day.

Hi ladies just a quick update been back to the hospital and they have removed my right implant in case of infection. I have to wait to get swab results back to see how long I hve to wait to have it put back in very strange. I did wear an underwire all day though like 12 hours or something. Now on antibiotics too to clear and infection or bacteria. Not 100 pcent sure If I had an infection. Xxx

I was absolutely shocked reading through this, then when you mentioned your implant was showing it all made sense! I'm sure it will all be for the best this way, it could have been so much worse if it was left alone with the implant in after it had been exposed nope

I really do feel for you though, it must have been a really unpleasant experience but it will get better and fingers crossed you're a good healer and any infection is well controlled with the antibiotics! Hug Xx
