Worried my nipples are going to point out sideways
I am off on the 16 of may to have my implants replaced I and swapping my 270 lows to a 395HP My worry is that my nipples are already far apart but I am worried that with HP that they will go futher apart and point out side ways. I dont want a widder implant because the base of these ones are already close to my under arms and if I went to mods they would be wider.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You should speak with your PS babe about your concern, if you feel the width of the current implants are already quite wide then any woder could cause the risk of symmastia....
I'm presuming your PS suggested going larger to fill the breast as the skin may now be stretched and not because you want bigger boobs?
You could I suppose think about considering an uplift? Yes, you'd have more scars (they aren't that bad at all once healed) but your surgeon could also realign your nipples during surgery?
Just a few things for you to think about and maybe chat further about more options with your surgeon sweetie. xx

Re: Worried my nipples are going to point out sideways
Thanks Cookie
My problem is the loose skin that the Low Profiles hasnt filled out on the front of my breast. I dont think symmastia is a problem as they are still wide apart and I have a large gap between my breasts. I have asked about a lift but he has said that I dont need it. just wondered if as the HP implant settled if they tend to come back together?

Ahhhhh I see.... then the high profiles might help to fill the gap lovely, when you said your current implants are almost under your armpit I presumed you meant from the cleavage area too.
It does sound like your surgeon has made the right decision with a larger implant to fill the loose skin and a higher profile which are smaller in width than the low profiles but offer more forward projection.
But as always if you're concerned hun, do go back and have another consultation so you feel happy and confident with the surgery plan for you. xx

This diagram shows you how the higher profile the implant is the narrower the base is sweetie. xx
