Welcome to BJSF biatch! (that sounds awful! lol, but it is your username )
Determining a resulting size is an enigma in itself! Not even the most experienced of surgeons can give you a definate on this hun, they can only give you an 'educated guestimate'.
If you take a look through our [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] you'll see that even women with the exact same stats and the exact same implant can come away with VERY different resulting sizes. This is due to us all having our own unique anatomy, the derteming size will be dependant on so many things! to state just a few - you could have more overall body fat than the other woman with the same stats, you may have more breast tissue, your breast may fall in a different shape, your rib cage may be wider/smaller than the other women and the list just goes on and on.....
If you're very worried about your resulting size biatch, I'd suggest you search for pictures of breasts with the size and shape that you like, mens mags are a particularly good place to search hun. When you've found a few pics go back and take them to your surgeon. Show the surgeon your pictures as this will make your wants from the surgery so much clearer to your surgeon. As a surgeon works in volume (CCs) actually being able to 'see' the look you're after rather than taking in cup sizes which could vary as one persons perception of a cup size might be very different to that of another, including that of your surgeon, so actually showing what you want will speak a thousand words and hopefully help you come away from your surgeon feeling happy they know what you want and your surgeon will be happy knowing they can give you as close to what you want after actually 'seeing what you want'!
Hope that helps lovely and enjoy the forum biatch (that's still seems soooo bad of me to say haha!)

Awww c'mere . We mostly ALL have a little wobble leading up to our BAs sweetness, so the emotions you're experiencing are completely normal! 345CCs is a good sized implant and I'm sure if your surgeon thinks that what you'll achieve from that then they're gonna do their very best to get you that!
If at all you are 'overly concerned' though, you really should seek a second consultation with your surgeon 'before' you go ahead with your surgery... always check every box sweetness so you 'know' you're 100% happy with your surgery plan.
We'll be here for you along the way should you need us too. xx

Re: hi im a 34 b size 8 and about 119 pounds
hahahaha.... it did make me laugh.
You can change it if you'd like babe but don't feel you have to.
If you do want to just PM me the name you'd rather have and I'll make Admin aware of your change of mind. It's no problem at all, Roxy will change it as soon as she comes on-line for you.
[EDIT] Just a thinking... you might be unable to PM just yet, so if you don't mind just stating a preference of name if that's what you want it's fine to do that, I or one of the other mods will still pass it on for you xx

hi crystal i measured under my boobs and its 29 inches , i have had my boobs dun now im 5 weeks post op and im in a 34 dd bra :D the way the band size works is you measure underneath and if its a even number you add 4 inches if its a odd number you add 5 inches to the band size xx

Your boobs look amazing in your avi
Adding 4 inches is the old way of measuring, and it's not necessary to add any inches to your measurement. I spent years wearing the wrong band size because of this. I used to wear 34, but it turns out I'm a 32. I measure 29.5, but in my case the 32 is the most comfortable while giving me better support than a bigger band size xxx

Re: hi im a 34 b size 8 and about 119 pounds
Apparently you don't need to add anything, though personally I find that a 32 is best for me, so in my case I add two. I was fitted at Debenhams and M&S, both agreed I'm a 32. Yes, when you go down a band size you go up a cup size. I'm sure you know different bras fit differently, so you won't necessariy be the same size in every bra anyhow. I'm a 32dd in some, 32d in others, and a couple of my 32dd's are a little too snug, so they really do vary depending on the style. xxx

Personally, I prefer the Debenhams service, I think they're friendlier and more helpful from my experience. They don't really measure the cup size though, they get an idea by measuring your ribcage and trying different sizes, asking you what size you wear atm, and taking a look at how it fits xxx

Re: hi im a 34 b size 8 and about 119 pounds
I think the main key is to try quite a few styles on, especially in different shops. For example, by the 'old' method I am a 34, by the new I'd be a 32 or a 30 (i can't remember my actual measurement off the top of my head). However, in Primark where I currently shop, I still have to wear a 34 as a 32 is too tight and a 30 wouldn't even do up in a month of Sundays! However in New Look a 34 is a little loose (it rides up at the back - a sign of being too big). I can't speak for other brands, but it seems like even if the old measuring method has been outdated for a while, some manufacturers are still using it for their sizes.

Hiya! As cookie said it's really difficult to estimate your size and it is always best to trust your surgeons advice on sizing, but if this helps i'm 120 pounds, a size 8 and had 34C's pre-op - had 360CC and have ended up with a 34DD. xx
