Bad day

Yesterday (Sunday) has been my worst day post op. Just worn out, achy and tired plus constipation became too much. Had senna and suppositories. The sub's helped and hopefully senna will get everything moving. Off to bed now as been struggling to sleep so got up and am now feeling drowsy. Monday will be a better day! xxx

Do you know, I heard almost everyone say that re-ops were a piece of cake, so when I had mine and it knocked me sideways it really put me on a downer as I had so many expectations of my recovery and I think I've read you say this has been worse for too lovely...
Just take things a day at a time, don't put pressure on yourself by setting days to be better, your body will do that in it's own good time lol and it will, of that you can be sure
it's just taken a bit more than you bargained for outta you this time, so rest easy lovely and just go with it till you feel better. xxx

Thanks cookie. Have a bit more energy today. I had to go to the dental hospital today so was good to get out. I went and missed a hair appt I had booked cos I totally forgot. Am just taking things one day at a time like you say. My tummy is starting to get better.
