Girls with overs do are you implants noticable?

Hi girls I am off for a re op on the 16th of may and I am going from 270 low profile partials to 395 HP partials ( maybe overs) anatomicals. I know that the overs will fill my breast out better and help with my nipples to make them sit right again but I am worried that I will end up with a visible implant line. I am not a super skinny girl ( id like to be ) but I have been told by a PS that he wouldnt do overs on me but he doesnt do overs on many women at all as it is not his prefrence.

Any advise you have would be greatly appreciated

No the implant is not noticeable on me I had 410cc from a 32a. I also have no rippling

My overs aren't noticeable - I was a 32C and added 525 implants but they did say that I had lots of breast tissue. The only place I can feel the implant specifically is from underneath when I lean forward but nowhere else.

Can you get a second opinion?
One surgeon I saw said she never does overs. Another surgeon told me I could have overs, had to have partials and nothing bigger than 460. Another said I could have overs and around 460 again, The one I went with was the only one who offered me 525s and overs and I love them.

So pleased you asked this! I always expected to have unders because i'm so flat but after seeing two PS' and both saying I'd have overs I decided to just go with what they thought, I'm pre BA so I can't answer yet but will be interesting to see! I don't want the Victoria Beckham look so fingers crossed for natural!x

I went from a 32B to a 32/34DD with the 380cc MHP Allergan overs and i cant see the implant at all, just nice round pert boobs Girls with overs do are you implants noticable? 899188

andi love them! The surgeon did say i had plenty of breast tissue to start with though. I didnt see any other surgeons so dont have any other opinions but im glad i put my trust in the one i went for xxx

I'm only 9 days post op but I have 525cc overs and I can't see my implants neither can anyone else I haven't told none of my family and I went to a family BBQ yesterday and wore a vest top and guess what hahaha no one even noticed a thing lol I hope I've answerd your question good enough!! xxxx

I have 360cc overs and mine aren't noticeable at all. I was an empty tuberous B/C before and I thought for sure the implant would be noticeable at the upper pole were I had no fullness naturally. My surgeon recommended unders. I ended up with overs as he said when he got in I had enough natural tissue to cover the implant and boy am I glad he didnt put the unders in! Im amazed how natural mine looked, even from day 1 when they felt stuck on, they still looked natural. Sometimes I wish they looked more 'fake' to be honest..

Love2run, I have the same concern as you. I have low body fat and almost no upper pole. But the thought of feeling and seeing my implants move under the muscle, and of possible muscle distortion is even scarier for me. I'm getting mod profile (round), so hopefully the mod profile will make the slope more gradual. You're getting anatomicals again, so they already have a nice natural slope. I'm keeping my fingers crossed they look good. My PS had recommended unders for me initially, but going with overs

I seriously wouldn't trust any surgeon who told you that they will only perform one single profile on every girl! We're all different shapes and sizes and what works for one woman may not work for another.

Speak to your surgeon hun, if your surgeon thinks you have enough breast tissue for coverage and you can accomodate overs then you won't have a problem.

I have overs, I have a natural slope to the breast and there is no visible sign of the implant whatsover. So if you want overs and your surgeon agrees, then go for it hun. xx

I think I am starting to lean towards overs as I think I will get a better look. I am just worried that I will see the implant which I wont be able to hide. My nipples have been facing down since I have had these implants and my Dr has said that it could be corrected by going over the muscle we will soon find out. I am booked in for the 16th of may slightly nervous but excited!

Cookie I love your boobs they have a fantastic look!

I've just taken pictures, they're not the best pics since I took them myself on my tablet, but I'll take more in a few days when dressings are off. I'll set up my picturetrail in a few days when my head is clear so you can have a look. I thought it might help you since I don't have much fat, and am athletic.

I had an uplift though, but in the end didn't need the vertical incision, just have around the nipple since there wasn't enough skin to justify the vertical one.

Hi love2run good luck with your new surgery. Dont think you will see your implant as not going totally massive, was it your choice to have the re-op becasue you were not happy with them or the size???

I have the same concern!! I need a re-op and my PS has said he will change the placement of mine from unders to overs if I want although he doesn't recommend it as he says they will be visable!!!

I currently have bad distortion and droopy ears :((

I have overs and you can't see any sign of an implant. I have very little fat on my upper body too. X

DL It is my choice to have surgery as my PS doesnt think they are "that bad". I personally think they are flat and ugly I have a double fold and my nipples drop down from the implant being so flat. I am paying for sugery but only half but still will be about $20000 ( aus).

Contessina my skin looks like it is sliding off the front of my breast! I dont have to bad destortion but I think they will have a nicer look wihtout the muscle on top. want to swap pics?

re the skin sliding off the front of my breast - that is what I was told I would have if I went under the muscle - it was never given to me as an option I just asked what would happen if I wanted unders.

The reason your surgeon will be against you having overs sweetness is because you may not have enough 'breast tissue' to cover the implant, this would probably make the implant visible from under the skin babe, when discussing placement, it's so important to go through it with your surgeon as they ultimately are the ones 'seeing' you and assessing every factor that it takes to make these decisions and there are quite a lot!, so if your surgeon feels the implant would be visible for 'you' sweetness, I'd listen to them.

My ps had originally recommended unders due to lower body fat, and not having prebaby 20 year old skin anymore. However I'm also muscular and athletic so wasn't willing to risk distortion for the sake of having bigger boobs. The compromise was to go with a smaller implant, he'd recommended 210cc, I managed to get 240 in the end. This though was fine for me because it's the size I wanted regardless. Some women can get away with more options than others, in my case don't think I could get away with really big overs and still look natural.

Some surgeons tend to prefer one placement over another though, some may be very biased. On the other hand, others look at every individual on a case by case basis despite their own preference, which I personally think is ideal xxx

I have this problem too with my lefty and now (after a year of haggling and 3 other opinions) my PS has said he will do a nipple lift on this one!!!!! Yippee!

Since the beginning of my boobie journey I've seen 6 PSs altoghether and of them 3 said over, and 3 undecided (my PS included) sooooo confussing!

I had 615cc HP overs 5 days ago and so far cannot see the implant at all. I asked about having them under but was told this was really only necessary on very skinny girls with little breast tissue (I am a size 14). I was also told the recovery was worse having them under and could be more restrictive for exercise.

Everyone id different in what placement they can have, due to many factors take me for example : my P.s only like "overs" Im skinny with little breast tissue, was told before I had even been looked at that my P.S only done overs so thats what ill be having ( looking back now I see how wrong that is) I had 460cc overs and do have rippling that you can some times see but can alway feel when you touch my breast due to having overs with very little breast tissue.....

To me a P.S should do which ever placement best suits you and your body not what they like to do....
