Hi girls finally im back home. Had no wifi in the room :o( i wanted to let u all know that all went well and im ok. The only pain i have is in my back and ribs are. The canula was not painful at all. The worst part was when the nurse pulled my drains out from the nipple and when she changed the dressings. I wanted to die!! But boobs do not hurt, only when i move i get muscle ache. Will update you in more detail later when im seeing straight. They gave me all sorts of drugs from valium to an injection in my tummy against trombosis. My bf took lots of pics will upload everything on picturetrail when im back to my normal self. I have a strap and dressings no bandages and no bra. Good luck pre ba girls!!! Thank you for your support and wishes everyone I thought a lot about you xxx

Hi everyone, i didnt do anything special so far except eating, sleeping, sitting and watch TV. Im so inflexible and its driving me nuts. The pain is bearable, sometimes i feel some twinges and my nipples become hard for no reason. My back and bum are sore from sitting too much. Cant wait for this week to pass. How are you nepoly and barbie? How long did it take you until you started walking straight?

Aaahhhh....sore bum and back....xaxa!!!!! I totally sympathise with you!!! My shoulder blades are sore to touch because I am always leant back on them!! And my coccyx area feels bruised too! But very soon you will be able to
Perhaps sit with one foot under your bum or slightly to the side to relieve the sore areas.....even sitting on the loo is a welcome relief!!! I am now Day 6 and have done a bit more today...... Cos I am so bored!!!! But it has made me feel better all round :) with regards to standing up straight..... Its awful isnt it and is causing pain in my back by being hunched over all the time!!!! So I am trying to make a conscious effort to stand tall and hope that when this strap is removed that might help too as I will feel a bit more fffrreeeee!!! Equally, I'm a bit scared about not having the strap on as it makes me feel all held together!!!

But it truly isnt as bad as you think its going to be is it?? What brave ladies we all are!! Tee hee!!

Nepoly, i have the same side effects as you!! I already discovered the trick of sitting one foot under my bum for support and it also helps you stand up. Do you manage to stand up from laying position on your own? I dont :o(
