Just wondering I'm 31 a mom of a 11 yrs old...I always thought I wouldn't want any more kids but wondering if my feelings change and I end up pregnant in the next 5yrs....what will my implants look like...I mean will they be awful and saggy? Would I need to get some more work done? what happens to our boobs after..... 683465

I just went to get my blood work done for my re-op and the girls asked me "are u sure u want a D cup or even DD I have 40DD and they hurt my back bad! hhmm...girls please help me out....Rolling Eyes

A 40dd is big. That's the equivalent to a 34j cup, so not surprising it would hurt someone's back. If you have babies in future it could affect your new boobs. Yes you might need a lift after but then again you might not. It will just depend how your boobs take to pregnancy.
