Can't mentally wear normal bras! :/
Hey girlies,
I need some advice.... Im now 6 weeks post op (yay me!) and went bra shopping yest. Tried on a few n think im a 34D/DD - woman was not v.helpful (M&S).
I tried on a few bras but really couldn bring myself to pick up a non padded push up bra (I think im mentally scared for having sml boobs n living in gel bras b4).
Just wondered if it ok to wear pushup bras all the time after a BA??
I have dropped but still a bit hard..... What should I b wearing girlies?!?! :/ help!!!!
(forgive me if u dont but) From ppls pics it looks like u wear push-ups/ gels to get clevage after your BA but is this ok for everyday wear?!? :/
Hugs

Best not to wear a push up too soon post op, your boobs are still settling in and to be honest, its bloody uncomfortable in one in the early days! I didnt feel comfy in one for all day wear for atleast a year!! I think my PS said no pushups for 6months but I could be plucking that figure from the sky lol!
I didnt feel comfortable in normal bras for ages, i was still in old boob mindset for a while. You're still in very early days, your boobs will change alot in the next while, you just need to give it time and try to enjoy the journey. I wouldnt have worn a 'normal' bra all day @ ur stage, maybe a few hours then back into the sports bra for comfort..
