Biggest Size possible?

Hi Girls,

By BA is booked for 19th April, im thinking should I go for the biggest cup the surgeon said I could "pull off" for a natural look?

Im an empty C, so uplift will take some volume away, he said that I if I had the bigger ones I'd be D - DD. Im having unders so he said there is less chance of sagging but obvs gravity will always win either way!

I have big hips and a tiny waist and im just thinking the bigger size will even out my figure more...any opinions?

I was offered 460s or 525s and I orginally thought no way to the 525s but I am so glad I went for them!
For starters they look substantially smaller in you than when you try them on. Also I have 38ish inch hips and I now have 38inch bust so they balance me (my waist is 28).
Also if you are having a lift and unders I believe (from what other girls have said) that they will look smaller.

What sizes have you been offered?

Now mine are settling they look natural on me - the 525s took me to a 30-32FF (unconfirmed as being fitted properly on Friday which is my 6 week mark)

How do you feel, can you feel the implants? are the comfortable?

Initially they are really alien or they were to me but within a couple of days I got used to them and now they feel like mine. I can move the implant when I push up or from the side but I can't feel the implant - I can feel my breast tissue but not the implant itself.

My main issue is when I get tired I slouch more from the added weight - 525cc translate to 525g so total weight for mine is 1.05kg (2.31lbs) which is just slightly more than a bag of sugar.

I am still pretty early days so still get random twinges and sensations but overall have had a smooth recovery - I even managed a 5k run yesterday, although I am really tired today.

Wow that is heavy!

Its good that you have been able to excerise so soon after, thats one thing that worries me!

Im really nervous i feel so excited but worried at the same time! Im worried about feeling them and being uncomfortable in my body too.

Iim not sure if I will be able to move it if mine are going under the muscle...I wish it was happening tomorrow! x

I was walking to the bus stop to meet my OH from work 48hrs after the op and did that every working day I was off to get myself out of the house.

week 2 I was back at work and ok but tired.

week 3 and 4 I managed the gym twice each week but just walking on the treadmill.

week 5 (last week) I managed 5 days at the gym and 3 out of the 5 sessions I managed some running intervals.

week 6 - this week - I ran 5k yesterday but only walked today as I was tired out.

Maybe PM steph999 as she had under the muscle recently - think she said she was back running this week (we had ours the same weekend) and is all good.

Loobs I feel the same as you regarding them feeling alien and the fear of not being able to get on with them. Aurora has been a big help to me and I feel much more confident about having my boobs done xx

On the subject of them feeling alien - I was really worried that my OH might not like how they feel but he loves them. He says all he can feel is me :-)
He has been trying to ignore the incisions etc as he said that he would worry if he thought too much about the technicalities of how they got the implants in etc!

Hopefully not long. A few weeks ago I had to take a weeks course of steroids, now I've been told that I may have to delay my op for 3 months. I hope not x

I'm still waiting to hear. I'm going to call them again later. 4 weeks today and I could have my new boobs unless they change the date arghhh !!!

I've just range. My doc has faxed them his reply with regards the steroids I was on and how long for and what for. So I'm now waiting on the anaethetists reply. Hate waiting lol xx
