has anyone or know anyone who has gone from A/B cup to E cup i was thinking DDs but my surgeon suggested E = 545cc's overs my body frame is on larger side of 14/16 do yous ladies think i would carry them ok ? help my surgery is on 21st march xxx

I was an A, now a DD with 315 unders. I'm a size 6/8 though. With your frame, I think you would definitely carry them off really well to be honest :)

Hi Trisha. I could be completely off the mark here, but from what I've read most surgeons don't tend to recommend implants that would be too big for your frame due to the added risk of complication. So if your surgeon has suggested 545cc's I'm sure you'll be able to carry them off quite well. It just depends on the look that you want. If you want to achieve a DD look, then you will likely end up measuring bigger, as implants measure bigger than they look x
