left boob more fuller than right at the top???

Hiya ladies just a quick question for you post op ladies,
I no I'm only one week post op but my left boob looks a lot more fuller at the top than my right boob. The nipples appear to be at the same level so wondering why my left boob looks fuller. My husband said it looks like two different implants were put in but they were the same cc's. I'm panicking abit now incase they will stay like this.

Hey nat4andy

I'm 19 days post-op and have had exactly the same, also on my leftie. I think it's just swelling at different rates - you've had two separate operations, not different sized implants! Glad to report that the difference between my two is reducing everyday and is only really noticeable to me on close inspection. And I do inspect closely!!!

Thanks sue, I think a lil reassurance is all I needed to hear. I was thinking it may be swelled still. They are softening up a lot top. I'm only 7 days post op so hopefully see a difference in the next few weeks. Xxx

Hope you'r swelling goes down soon. I have read alot about it and sue seems to be right it's just diffrent rates. Try not to worry hun xxx

Yeah, the left was a lil droopier than the right but unnoticable unless you rerly looked. I said that to my husband as implants only 'emphasise' what you have unless you get different sizes to even them out but this is very noticeable and my boobs weren't this different. I think its swelling I feel it and it feels rerly tight still. Xxx

Like the others have said, I'm sure its just swelling, but it doesnt stop you from worrying, does it!?

I'm sure they'll settle down day by day and look fantastic in a few more days.

Hello nat, hope your loving your new boobies! Please don't worry this is another stress head moment I had lol! My right sat higher than my left but now they are looking even, it's all a part of the journey with swelling and healing.

I've not updated my pics yet but will do very soon and yes others gave had problems looking so I think you will need to log in as me and not visitor too see. Will pm you when I've updated x

Thanks missh, iv not got a laptop to set picture trail up and don't fancy using family laptop with pics of my boobs on otherwise I would have shown you ladies. I'm thinking its still early days and hopefully it should even itself out xxx

Both mine have softened but the right has dropped. The left still looks more or less the same as day one.

The right feels a bit tender but its definately the better one out of the two.

The left one is a bit more than tender and I believe its gonna take longer to heal.

I hope thats the only reason why its still sitting so high and firm comapared to the right.

As for fluffing, neither of them have started to fluff yet. Still earlly days.

Im supposed to see my surgeon this Sunday so we will have a chat about all my concerns

It is very very early in your healing so best not to worry about them just yet, what you have now will be totally different to what you have in 6 months time. They should even out after swelling and dropping has occurred. This can take time and they hardly ever do things at the same time, so can look completely different to each other for a while.

sorry to hijack but Im just wanting some info....
By softening do you mean softening a little bit or them going completely soft? Mine are soft on top but the implant is still pretty hard.

Also how do you know if you've dropped? Think I might have to do some picture comparisons. I thought id know when these things happened but I havent got a clue

Mine has softened at the top but like you is pretty hard around the sides, whether its just the swelling going down to make the skin softer I don't know xxx

Thats what I though, I think the swelling in my own boob flash has gone so thats all soft but the implants still the same, so guess that means I havent softened yet xx

They should start to move and feel more natural. When you are this early post op the skin and breast tissue is tight around the implant (and muscle if you have unders) it will take a few weeks or months for this to subside. You will notice when they are dropping as they will be less full at top

My left boob was more swollen then my right one, now they have evened out.

I have dropped a bit as my incisions were on the underside of my boobs and now they are in the crease so they seem to be on the move.

I can also now sleep on my left side (but not on my right) and push them together for a cleavage (hoorah - roll on underwire wearing days!).

The only concern I do have as a side sleeper is this morning I woke up and had big creases in my cleavage, presumably from the weight of the implant when lying on my side - anyone know how I can stop that?! (I am still wearing a bra to sleep).

I think mine have both dropped a bit, the left went first and the right has caught up, just not sure if they've got more to go, would have thought so since my scars still on the under side of my boob. They are more squishy and can get a clevage by pushing them too. Cheerleader
