Re: When will I be able.....
When did you have you op hun?
I tried going back to the gym this week (just walking on the treadmill) but only managed two days and the past two mornings haven't gone as my boobs were playing up so think it was too soon - that was day 17 and 18 post op.
I am going to try again on Monday which will be 23days post op - hopefully by then my 32FF bra will have arrived as well as the 34F just doesn't hold them still enough.

Re: When will I be able.....
I started at the gym last week and did a circuits class yesterday (4 weeks post op). Had to really take it easy and do a lot of modifications. Zumba's a lot of bouncing around, right (sorry, never done it before)? So far this has been a no-no for me so probably best not to push it before you're ready x

Re: When will I be able.....
I played it safe and waited 2 months n when I went back it was very light work outs mostly lower body.... doc advised me no lifting at all for at least 6 months but then again I had a full achor lift so I had many incesions to worry about...I figured I don't want to compromise my results...plus all that money I paid to try to get fit right away!!!Take it easy n listen to ur body I rembr the first day I was on the treadmill I could only walk for 30 minutes n then my boobs felt like they wr on fire LOL ...hope u have a speedy recovery

OMG mozelle are you mad doing circuits!!!!! I suspended my gym membership so i couldnt go back until march, a good thing because I cant wait!!!!
6 of you want a better work out. I've never done it but pretty sure theirs quite a bit of bouncing!
For zumba i'd say 4 weeks if your going to go easy

Re: When will I be able.....
Thanks ladies, you know what the rum and bum can wait, I do not want to jeopardise my boobies, so I am going to wait until the day that I feel comfortable within my self and feel safe to go back to Zumba! I'm sure I will know when I'm ready.
Will just do a few squats etc in house come 6 week post op! Only 3 weeks to go!!
Thanks lovelies xx
