Got consultation with Babara Lutz tomorrow! Scared

Mine took measurements... He used some metal thing, he wrote down my shoulder width, and other measurements like from one nipple to the other lol I'm not 100% sure but he def took a few measurements of something lol.

Also she never offered me unders or anatomicals. Maybe she cut things out because I was late and my son was whinging.

Oh and how bad is this! I gave my son my phone in an attempt to placate him and afterwards I checked my phone and he'd rang my old boss! And he'd answered! How embarrassing. Lol. I hope he never realised it was me...

I wasn't offered unders or anatomicals either BUT my surgeon did talk about them and told me why I wouldn't want them... They go by your body shape etc and also by the amount of breast tissue u have. I had enough tissue to cover overs if I had unders he said there's a big chance that when they drop they would end up bottoming out cos my breast tissue would stay where it is or something...
Your experience does sound like it was rushed and not very informative! Don't let it put you off! And as for slagging forums off, I don't know what I would've done without the girls on here I think it's the best idea ever the amount of support you get is amazing! x

Oh I'm sorry the appointment didn't go very well. I think you know fairly quickly if the surgeon is right for you. You have to put a lot of trust and faith in the surgeon and it is so important you feel they are right for the job!

I am surprised she didn't measure you though? It was the first thing my surgeon did in order to ascertain the width, size and shape of implant which would suit me best.

I am sure the next appointment will go much better. Hope you enjoyed your Chinese and didn't feel too disheartened Hun xxxxx

I'm sure your next consult will go much better. Don't worry, my PS told me I had mild scoliosis . Also, he took all my measurements and pictures of me in front, diagonal and side views. xxx

Bless you! It's always good to know that there's something odd about you that you never knew about! Lol.
Weirdly, I'm really noticing my prominent left rib cage and larger left breast. Even on my avatar pic I think you can notice it! Honestly if you zoom in you can really see it. And I keep feeling my rib cage and the first rib down next to my sternum really sticks out where the right one doesn't! How have I not noticed this before? Lol. Goodness knows what other weird deformities I have that I'm not aware of!!

P.s. Getting mega excited for Monday now.

I already knew I had some assymetry, it was nice to know it wasn't just in my head afterall! SW has a way of being honest without being rude. I much prefer the honesty even if it's not necesarily what I want to hear, but it does depend who says it, and how it's said.

I also have some breast assymetry, I've always been aware of this. He won't correct it by placing different sized implants though, since this would create more assymetry. The way he explained it is that if you put a larger implant in the smaller breast it will be a tighter fit since there's already less tissue and skin to cover a bigger implant. And if you place a smaller implant on the bigger side that has more skin and tissue you can get two different looks...a bigger implant in a tighter fit, and a smaller implant in a looser more natural fit. He explained it way better than this ofcourse, but it totally makes sense. This would apply to minor assymetry though. If you're a cup size or more than you need to have a different approach with different sized implants.

It's obviously more common to have assymatry then I thought then! When you don't really see many other boobs (I don't) in real life you don't really have any other boobs to compare to. My MIL was saying my SIL is the same, by a whole cup size. I'm not sure what mine is, maybe half a cup size, I don't know how I'd work it out. I'm sure SH will let me know on Monday all the same.

Mega excited to see him. I want my operation in April so I'm hoping and praying I'll get in sometime then. I'm also hoping he'll offer me 300cc plus in each breast. I see all the other BB's with 550cc and I can't help get a little jealous! Lol.

Also, when Transform ring me tomorrow, what do I tell them? Do I say I'm seeing SH from MyBreast? Or will they get arsey?

Feel so niave I really haven't got a clue. This forum is a lifesaver!!!

Hey hunni sorry to hear that ur first consult was a disaster :( I think sh will be much more set on what u want and u won't walk away disappointed( not from my experience but I've heard he's an excellent ps) u wann make ur way to Plymouth aswell hunni and book in with James Mcdiarmid he's awesome and guarantee u will not walk away from there feeling confused he's very thorough and will talk u through ur asymmetry and all of ur concerns.
