I realised how small a D was when I started looking on here and asking the girls who looked DD to me what size they were and the came back F/FF/G etc.

I realised last night if I ask the surgeon to make the choice for me and I wake up with the 460s then I think I will be a little disappointed so going to ask for the 525s if he feels they are the best fit!

Blumming heck! D/DD looks small!
Think I'm gonna ask the surgeon to put the biggest implant in there while still looking natural.
See me in 6 months time loading up my avatar with a pair H Cups! Pmsl.

good idea... thanks amyD, so sweet!!!! I want to look slightly bigger then the one on the very buttom to the left in the red bra and def. bigger then the 36 dd's. can't believe I want to be bigger then D or DD!! lol you think I should ask for the biggest implants possible? xxxxxx

No harm in asking what your options are. I was offered 410s which I felt were too small, then he told me to try on the 460s which I liked, then he said well you could get away with 525s which I felt were too big but am now swaying towards on the basis they look smaller once they are in you!

sweetpoison, i would definately go for the biggest offered..... are you an A/B cup at the moment? You should go for the biggest hun, think you want a DD/E bearing in mind they look smaller than the numbers they measure, like aurora said xxxx

I thought D was big but agree with many ladies, it does not look so big. I was measuring 32F but that was with lots of swelling, I hoping for a least a 32DD when they settle but to be honest good boob envy and would like them to stay E/F. xx

Me too AmyD! I want to be bigger :(. I just reckon all implants should be pump-up-able, then when you fancy a bit more you can just add it! Lol xxx

Wow the pics are shocking! When I brought my sports bra d and a dd I cried to my partner and said I don't wanna be that big, I'm gonna look silly!! I was so scared! But when I had them done I was like wow!! I'm a dd which I don't think I look that at all, and so wish I went bigger! When I first said I wanted them done, we said 300 then 340 then on the day I said actually I want 380 haha so glad I did that and not went smaller xx
