Re: pre op
I have nightmares over Christmas, was awful. Seem to be ok at the moment, think my head is just busy with getting back to work, think the nerves will kick in next week - soooooooo excited at the moment! Can't believe I have 9 days left at work and then it is my turn!
My OH is starting to get very excited too. He prefers naughtiness in the daytime so we usually only do it at weekends but I have given him a couple of weeks notice that I am wanting last naughtiness pre BA the night before - I am more worried about not being able to have naughtiness as soon after as I want it, but sure I will be fine lol!

When my time comes im sure i will be worrying about every little thing! xx

Re: pre op
Glad it went well Little Miss - paper pants and everything.
(You'll never look at a sheet of A4 off the office printer in the same way again).
Steph - I seem to sleep okay one night then struggle the next. Nerves are starting to trickle in now but still way more excited than nervous. Got my admission time today - 12noon. Still doesn't feel real though! Are you all prepared now? 10 days will just fly by!

Re: pre op
Hi girlies...
I had my pre-ops on Saturday, and it really made me rediculously excited! I can't believe it's only 23 days to go! I have literally been counting down since day number 73, as i've waited for these for (get this.... )10 years! I was told my admission time and everything, but i haven't had any paperwork in the post. Is this normal? Also, even though i have got my surgeon and decided on size, i was never asked about the exact type of implants that i wanted (eg. projection, round/anatomical etc). When was this supposed to be discussed, and would that have been with my surgeon or pco?

Re: pre op
Hi and welcome,
I have everything confirmed by letter in the post - I am also with Transform.
Did you not try the implants on in a bra?
That said if you are having 525 I believe they are only in round and also high projection as they are the size above what I am having.
What are your stats (height, weight, dress size) if you don't mind me asking as you are the same pre-BA size as me. I was offered 525s but am going with 460s.

I think they use HP round as standard?
I've had my paperwork confirming from the hospital but nothing from transform yet! Called my pcc today to check up and shes posting another lot.
Admission time 9.30 but no operation until 4pm, boo

Re: pre op
Hiiiii.
Thanks. I can only imagine how you feel (Aurora1979 and Steph999). I am spending every minute on this site, even while i should be working! And mine is 3 weeks tomorrow. At work they're just about ready to literally sellotape my nouth shut, because evry day i walk in and i'm like "oh my gosh its 22 days just incase you forgot". Hilarious!
Spoke to my pco today (Astrid- she's lovely!), and she has confirmed to me that i should be buying 34EE for post surgery, to allow for swelling. She put a note for all my paperwork to be re-posted, and she also told me not to bother getting macom or z bras, but to just get the asda/tesco/primark ones. What has everyone else been told? Because although she's said this, i've read great things on here about the z bras. Does anyone know when i should start using bio oil? And lastly, i was told by my pco that it would be done over the muscle as i wanted it anyway, but i didn't discuss the projection with her over the phone. So who would it be that decides the actual implants, because there are loads of different types.
Aurora1979... How do you put up your stats under the bulk of your message?

Re: pre op
I typed them in under my ticker on the signature tab, hun.
Not sure there is such a size as 34EE - it goes 34E then 34F.
I am hoping for a 32F result (I started out wanting a DD-E) but want more, lol. I have bought a 34F shock absorber (as they come up a bit small), bra expander, small macom and medium macom (macoms are second hand from girls on here).
I am sticking with wanting to use Macom despite being told they are not necessary (my pcc is also Astrid - how lovely is she?!) because they are designed for post surgery and some of the girls on here swear by them. Having tried one on it feels like you are being given a hug and if I have to wear it for 6 weeks then that is a nice feeling!! I plan to wear sports bras in the daytime but will buy more of them when I have a better idea of what size I am as I don't live near a tesco or asda or primark to be able to buy the cheap ones.
I have been using bio-oil or cocoa butter on my cleavage to moisturise for the last 6 months so not sure when they recommend you start using it if you plan to use to reduce stretchmark occurance - I don't think you can use it on your boobs until 6 weeks post-op (assuming all clear is given at your check-up).

hi hun, i used the shock absorber sports bra and they were great. Think it was about 4 weeks post op that i started using bio oil, after the scabs had all come off and i was healed. Best of luck for your surgery!!

Aurora1979... You're right, it's a 34F i need to get. I'm going to get pretty much the same as you, being that it's clearly better to pay more for comfort as it's all day every day (and night!).
Thanks AmyD. I really cant wait, and can only imagine what i'm gonna be like the night before. Probably just as well that they put you to sleep, because i'm sure i'll get none whatsoever!

Re: pre op
Lolita I was also told to go for the cheaper bras as there just as good. I'm going bra shopping to both ASDA and Tesco this weekend will let you know wat I pick up. No one at Transfor has told me what size to buy so im using Misf1's prediction! Will probably buy quite a few bras and keep the reciepts!
1st on the list is the ASDA 'post surgery bra' in a 34E I think, I'll just use bra extenders if too tight! This is what Mr Kuna recommended and I need to stop argueing with him as he knows best.
The amount of time I question what he says he must think im a right know it all!!!
