Re: Updated picturetrail
i am good thanks hun, i left a message on december buddies for you - just asking how you were and if you had spoken to mya at all about what happened?
mine are still chaning - think they've got a bit smaller and look a bit more relaxed now which is good. i can sleep on my side which is lovely. still bit achey at times and trying not to do too much for the last few days before I'm back at it all 100%! did carry a sleeping 3 yr old yesterday which floored me! think i'm gonna have to slowly build up the muscles in my upper body again!

My story
So it all began on tuesday 20th December at 3.45am I was up and in the shower and ready to leave the house for 4.30am.
The sat nav has gone awol???
And I was in the dog house as I had switched S phone off charge the night before so as we approached London his phone switched off...AAAAAGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!! No more sat nav! we had no idea where we were going. After driving up and down the same road for 45mins we decided to pay a taxi to show us the way,as we were already a hour late for my appointment.
Upon arrival it was clear that the hospital were very unorganised and running 2 hour or more behind. We were left along with others to wait in the waiting area for 1 hr ten mins with no explanation.
I was briefly seen by a nurse and quickly whisked up to the ward where before I knew it mr chantarasak was drawing on me. He seemed very rushed and dismissive which made me feel very angry as he was supposed to be going through sizes again with me. He couldnt help with the choice so I thought bugger it I will get the big ones Lucky for me I like them.
The theatre staff were amazing so funny trying to keep me calm. I was told in 20seconds I would be asleep.I played a game with myself trying to stay awake which proved impossible. Next thing I was awoken with a lady calling my name and saying look down.I cant really remember much only that I asked wher my s was,and being told he was back at my room to which I repled "well can you give me a cuddle then"and a very small chinese lady awkwardly cuddling me
Back at the roomn it all went down hill. There were only 2 nurses on and they were run of there feet and snappy. The polish nurse would mutter some remark which you couldnt quiet catch every time she left the room. The other nurse was lovely but very cross I had been left for so long without my obbs being checked or any pain meds. Mr chantarasak appeared an hour and half after surgery told me he wasnt worried about the swelling that was quickly developing in my r breast and said it should be fine for me to go home in a couple of hours.
I had ice packs on my chest which was huge. We were becoming concerned that something was wrong and were the only ones that could see it. The nurse removed my canula and said I could go but we asked for a a second opinion they called a dr who wanted me to stay another 2 hours with ice packs. After this time I was in agony beyond tears with a very worried S!
On speaker phone Mr C argued with us about coming in that night to do the surgery and said it could wait until the morning.(we found out later I would have been last on the list for the following day) S asked him what would happen if I needed to be rushed down in the middle of the night he could not answer and eventually replied with"we will cross that bridge if it happens" Which im afraid was not the answer that we wanted!
It took for a nurse on handover to come and see me and realise how big my breast had got and how serious this had become. She looked very horrified and said I will sort this for you whatever it takes you need surgery it is plainly obvious that you need operating on asap. By this point we were both in tears so scared for my life it looked like my chest was going to burst! And the pain was beyond any pain I have felt.I just stayed still trying to hide the pain from my worried S. The nurses came in and sat me up to remove my bra at which point I fainted and awoke with a oxygen mask on and everyone trying to get a responce from me.
I dont really rmember much apart from mr c coming in very sheepishly and sending me down to surgery.
About 500ml of blood was drained but they couldnt find a obvious bleed. The worrying thing was no one had noticed on my notes that I carried Hemophilia. I had repeated this many times when filling in forms and made it clear to mr C. He said it could have been down to this but it was a new thing to him!
Im just glad its all over and im home safe and sound xxxxxxx

it's so hard hun - now you have got the boobs that you want and you are all good - it's a lot to even think about the hassle of arguing with them and going over and over it all.

If your ribs measure 31.5 then you are a 32 bra size (that said I am 32 but 34 in brands like La Senza).
My underbust is 31.5 and my overbust is 34.5 so there is a 3 inch difference so I am a 32C.
As you're having 380s I assume (if they are Allergan) you are having CUI (standard version) MHP (responsive gel high profile)? and they have a diameter of 11.7 so even though it sounds like we are the same size I assume the base of your existing boobs are smaller than mine which is why you can't go bigger as the 460s and 525s are 12.3 and 12.7cm diameter. I guess there is no harm in asking your surgeon again tho?

Re: Updated picturetrail
Jesus Christ peggysue! I saw the bruises on your picturetrail but I had no idea about what you've been through before I read this story! Doesn't sound like a professional hospital and I wouldn't recommend it. The surgeon could have made a little bit more of an effort. I'm sorry for you that the experience wasn't nice as you expected, you deserve much better. But the best thing is that now you're healthy and happy
