Anyone Pre-op 34B??

Hello girls,

Im just curious to see what size implant you went for and what size you were post-op?

I'm having Natrelle's and want to be a 34DD; but definitely no bigger....I just have this worry Im going to end up about an F and I dont really wana be that big :/

Please help me ladies; my brains going into overload with all of these numbers lol

Hi hun,

I was a 32 A/B, had 420 Natrelle unders & am a 32 E, but I look about a D cup! They definitely measure bigger than they look! The surgeon would be able to advise on the implant size which would be best to give you the desired size based on your measurements.

Have you had a consultation yet Hun? xxx

Augmented breasts never look the same size as natural breats, ive just been measured as a 28GG and i certainly don't look it, i probably look a dd.

I was a 34B pre-op and I had Nagor Impleo 390cc overs and I am a 34D/DD at the moment but I'm still very early days yet.

I would definately discuss your options with your PS. I hadn't a clue about volume and projections - it was all very confusing for me! I took pictures to my consultation and showed him what I wanted and what I didn't like - he was brilliant, he understood my concerns and in the end I trusted his expertise and judgment.

Did any of your girls get to try on the implants in the sports bra during your consultation. As I was going for the Natrelle implant I was able to get a good indication of what they would look like as they have them special fillet things lol.
I love the look of the 520's but Im just concerned about the width which I dont think you get an indication of through the fillets.
Urghhh I dont know....
Im sure you all know the process very well which we all go through and soon I'll look back on this and think what was I worrying about lol shrug

but unfortunitely it is a big decision and I just dont wana be so big that people will see boobs before anything else lol x x x

Hey Hun, I had 460 overs...I am measuring a 30F/FF but I really think I look about a D/DD tops....(naked) in a good bra they look a bit bigger (see avi) I was offered 410/460 and I am SO happy I went with the 460 if I personally went smaller I would have been devo! Part of me wishes I mentioned 525s! But I am happy with what I have, I'm not ungrateful :) Fake boobs seriously measure WAY bigger than they look...Also think about the bra situation after, 30 bands in F aren't the easiest find, I always wore a 34b before and stuffed it with so much padding....I was wearing the completely wrong band size as I'm a 30 if not smaller! I also think I've fluffed as my Fs are feeling rather snug! Trip to get measured is in order! Good luck ith booking Hun! Hope you get all the info you need xxx

And yes honestly, I did think yours were about a DD but they look great and am after the same sort of look.
I guess I will have to prepare myself to start having to buy some E/F bra's etc. hehe Flash

Im 5'2" 9 stone and size 8 wore a 34b pre-op.

I had 365cc over the muscle and Im now in an E cup x

i was wearing a 34b before my op totally wrong size and had 525cc hp and am now meauring a 30g/gg but i don't think they look that big at all infact i'd love to go bigger xx

Thanks Chloerose I haven't been on at all to be honest, lead up to Xmas was hectic! Yeh I am so pleased I went with mr m! He's amazing! Really did a fab job! Can't wait to see him in jan :) just waiting on my app date! Did you book today?? Xxx l

I think the bra thing is really important to think about, pre op i was wearing 32/34's which were totally wrong im actually 28gg which is extremely hard to find, so i have to go to a 30g to be able to get a nice fitting bra. I look like a dd, im very happy with what i have and it was the biggest i could have got at the time but if i could have gone to 560's 600's i would have knowing what i now know.

Thats it girls. I really dont wana struggle to get any nice bras I dont want to be any bigger then an E at the most; knowing that they will probably look a bit smaller in that actual bra; which Im fine with.

I feel the projection on the implant my surgeon has offered me is lovelyyyy but I just feel 13.5 width on my frame is a little too much for my liking. I would maybe like a 12.0 or a 12.5 which Im guna try and speak to him about. I know its not a big different but Im sure it will once its inside me.
