mybreast & THG experiences??
Hello ladies..you have all been a great help so far, i have narrowed down the choices of clinics to visit:
*Mybreast Cheltenham - Maybe James Macdiarmid?
*The Hospital Group, Dolan park - Not sure on surgeon?
I am hoping to go from a 30aa (ribs measure 26") to a 30c/d, and want a natural look.
If anyone has experience/pics/recommendations/prices they could share i would really appreciate it...
Thanks in advance x

Re: mybreast & THG experiences??
I would recommend Mr michael payne at thg. THey were fantastic at dolan park, I couldn't have wished for better care. And Mr payne is extremely good at what he does, I love my new boobs, they look natural and are exactly how I wanted them. He is also a very kind caring man, he really does seem to care about his patients. I felt very safe with him. I had an anchor lift as well as implants but ur welcome to see my pics if you want to x X X

Re: mybreast & THG experiences??
YEs I did stay overnight hun, I had unders, just let him and my pcc decide on which size etc to suit the look I was after. I'm small framed too and my boobs definately don't look stuck on. I'll pm you my picture trail details, don't be put off by my boobs looking slightly different, they're fluffing at different rates! LOl x X X

Re: mybreast & THG experiences??
Everyone will always recommend their own surgeon, I would meet a few and see who you feel good about. Look at the aftercare offered and come to your decision on all facts available.
Re: mybreast & THG experiences??
Thanks misf1..im trying to get a full picture by checking out the clinic websites for avaliable aftercare, types of implant etc, just want to be as clued up as poss before going to see anyone so that i know what i want to ask.
Would still like to see pics etc to get an idea of a surgeons work.. im know most will recommend their own surgeon but if plenty of ladies have used a surgeon and are happy then i suppose this a good place to start...cant visit them all unfortunately :)
Will def make the final decision based on how I feel about the surgeon, what is avaliable in terms of aftercare, price etc.. xx
AmyD - great pics.. you must be really pleased with the outcome? I was amazed at the lack of bruising..even a couple of days post op! xx

Re: mybreast & THG experiences??
AmyD... Loving your Avatar babe!
Hello Momojack, I used THG too. As AmyD said they were fab, can't fault them! It was very clean, staff lovely & friendly & the theatre staff looked after me so well (I was sooo nervous as never had a GA before!).
Mr Hassan did my BA & he was amazing. I love love love my new boobs! He listened to what I was after & answered all my questions. On the day of the Op he made me feel so at ease & made me feel so confident he was going to do a great job!
I didn't see any other surgeons, I was quite happy booking with him! Of course, we all big up our surgeons so def worth listening to others & seeing a few also so you can make an informed decision.
If you would like to see my pics then let me know xx

Re: mybreast & THG experiences??
I had Mr Payne like Amy. I had them done on 22nd December and have had no bruising or pain killers at all! I think he is renowned for being very neat and he only took about 45 mins to do the whole thing.
I had to drive on Christmas Day with no problems and am planning on taking my old VW Camper when I have my dressings taken off (It has no power steering!) as my bf will be back at work. I have felt so well I could have gone back to work yesterday. Going to take another week off because I need to use use my annual leave. I have had a stinking cold which has made me feel a bit run down but I think it has slowed me down a little which is a good thing.
I was chatting to someone the other day and she said that Dolan Park have £500 off at the moment so unless you are having an uplift as well it won't cost more than £4000, less if you have the cheaper implants. I had the Natrelles which I think are the most popular there because they have a longer lifespan and lower rates of cc.

Re: mybreast & THG experiences??
Hey redhead, thanks for the reply :) you have been really lucky too not to have any bruising..but you must take it easy! Tho im sure lots of people have told you that already lol!
I noticed that the Hospital Group are offering £400 off if you book before the end of the year! But this is a little too soon for me..and wouldnt give me any time to shop around on surgeons unfortunately :(
Did you visit any other surgeons in this area? Im in Tewkesbury..so quite close you you!!! xx

Re: mybreast & THG experiences??
I had Mr Hassan with thg and i couldnt have wished for a better surgeon, I will always be biased, but the way he treats you as an individual not just another girl wanting a boob job. As for Dolan Park what can i say, its perfect the staff were fantastic, they were there for every one of your needs.

Re: mybreast & THG experiences??
I'm hoping to contact THG tomorrow for a consultation with a surgeon. If I keep thinking about it I'll never have it done. I think I'll be going for the Natrelles as like you say have a longer lifespan. I know once I've booked for the op I'll crap myself !!

momojack, I'm looking at February/March. Are you finding it hard to make decisions of where to have op/surgeon etc?

Re: mybreast & THG experiences??
I am totally baffled by all of the things to think about... clinic, surgeon, overs/unders, round/anatomical, prices..etc, etc.....
My nearest clinics are mybreast Chelt and THG Dolan park, so i will prob go with booking consults with these....
Where in the Midlands are you if you dont mind me asking? How are you making the decisions?? xx

Re: mybreast & THG experiences??
I'm near Burton on Trent, do u know it? I'm reading other posts on here. A lot of woman praise THG Dolan Park. I've also had good reports on Paul Clarke @ Transform, Manchester. Been for a consultation in Nottingham Transform but hoping to book consultation tomorrow to see Mr Payne @ Dolan Park.
As for overs/unders, round/anatomical etc. I'm hoping for overs and I think round. I've printed out pictures to show the consultant as to what result I am looking for.
It is hard making decisions
