i am looking for honest opinions on my boobs, pre op they was a state they are much better but i think the look a bit pants now and not what i visioned, which i dont think surgeons can make us exactly how we want but i think i look saggy and no upper pole or cleavage

Well they certainly are not small
They look very natural- which if you was not after the natural look then I understand where you're coming from, as I would never have guessed they had been done. I think you would probably have benefitted from a lift of some description, perhaps just nipple lift needed?
Did your PS say a lift wasn't needed? I'd go back to him, then perhaps also go to a different surgeon with THG and get a 2nd opinion. I can highly recommend mr Hassan.

i did tell surgeon that i wanted to look natural and with the biggest size i could go, he said 420 max but when i come round he said he put in 470 in, so he did put bigger than he agreed, but i think i look small whether that is because i am used to them or whether cause they look saggy they appear smaller to me?

i did ask about nipplelift and he saidit is not needed but i think otherwise, if i went to hussain wouldnt he likely say i dont need a lift due to him and my surgeon working at same company?

could I take a look hun? I don't have your new details, but I remember when I saw them before I agreed with you in that a lift might improve things.

I definately think a lift was needed, your nipple position was so low pre-op, I think it's shape correction (nipple lift/areola reduction or anchor lift) not upsizing that would help you. Have you discussed post op your concerns with your surgeon?

i have but not much has been said by him yet, but i have my review appointment monday with him, i know he will brush it off as he wont want to re do the job will he, i dont know what to say to him to push my concern over the nipple lift as i know he will get out of doing it, i do like him as a surgeon but i do think he should of done a nipple lift and i know i will more than likely have to pay out thousands to get it re done :(

It's mr sultan hassan that I had, and that is actually a reconstructive surgeon. I think that although it's the sane company, as professionals and because as he's a perfectionist, you would get an honest answer. I don't have an email for him- he only works for THG then on nhs, and also teaches and holds seminar things.
They are definitely not small boobs!!! However I do think you'd benefit from a lift, and would then love them. Mr hassan did say to me the ideal way of doing a full lift and implants would be to have the implants in, allow them to settle, then after 6minths do a lift.
Book to go and see your ps, see what he says, if he doesn't agree then tell THG you want to see another surgeon for a second opinion.

Just tell him you're really unhappy, and you feel you need a lift, and that's what you feel he should've done first time round. I don't think putting larger implants in would solve your trouble- because 470 aren't small. You'd need to go to about 800s I'd imagine to fill them out- which would then have the trouble of being so heavy and then sagging quickly.

He might surprise you and understand and agree. I'm sure not all surgeons only see £. I actually chose mr hassan largely because of how reassured I felt that if it wasn't perfect first time round he would insist on a re-op.

I have read through all my emails to my surgeon and any i mention about me needing a lift and the sagginess of them he never replied too he has replied to every email apart from the ones i am not so happy, lol i think i need to be careful as i know i will feel guilty moaning to his face so will probably walk out with a false smile lol :(

There's no point in moaning behind his back!!! You've paid for a service!! And paid a lot of money! Be strong, be honest, up front, and even over-exaggerate if needs be about how you hate them, they're getting you down etc.

Or... Dont say anything... walk out unhappy.., then end up unhappy or paying another £4k+ to get them fixed!!!

pm sent, i am going to have words with my surgeon 2moz and i know that he will probably brush it off but i will give it a go, i do think it is probably not the size as GG is not small, as i was a b, i think it is the lowness of myboobs and nipples so in all bras i am not having much cleavage, but i do think that is part of how my boobs are and i probably wont get much cleavage at all, but i think my boobs are too low and nipples too so i dred to think what they will look like in a few years, what do i do if he says that there is not much he can do unless i want to pay for a uplift?

I agree with debsrich hun, you HAVE to say something! You've paid a lot of money for surgery and you are still un-happy, as he is a reconstructive surgeon he should be very well equipped to sort you out hun.
And if he really resists I would def ask for a 2nd opinion. I dont think bigger implants are the solution either, but see what he has to say tomoro, good luck xxxxxx

Say that you shouldn't now be paying for something he should've advised in the first place but now you've gone through all of this to still not be happy. You may end up having to pay the original difference in cost between the implants and uplift- but you shouldn't be penalised because the ps never advised the uplift, even when you questioned it.
If the ps refuses to acknowledge that a lift is needed, then tell him you will be arranging to see another surgeon for a second opinion- thendo this through THG.

yes it is dolan park, he is a great surgeon but i just feel let down, did ask him if i needed a uplift as i think i need one and he stated that it is not needed due to my nipples being above the line, but i cant see how, when he surely would know the results are going to be a bit poor with how my boobs was before ba

i think the awkward thing is i am sure the surgeon did what he felt was best and for the best result with less scaring, and i do need to take into account what will look better, how i am now or with a uplift and scaring around my boobs and nipples, but will i have much better shape with uplift, i am going to see him this afternoon, so will see his opinion

Im sure he did do what he felt was the right thing, but the bottom line is that you aren't happy with the results! And that needs to be addressed.

I think you have a nice result xx But like the others say, it's all about how you feel, and if you are not happy then you must discuss this with your PS xx

I don't know if the resulting scars from a lift and possible risks are going to be worth having a reop done at the moment Your PS is the one to answer that xx

You may have it done and end up with a worse result than you have at the moment, swapping one 'perceived' problem for s different one....?

I certainly don't think you look saggy at all sweety xx the truth of the matter is that boobs do sag, real or augmented it is the law of gravity, unless you are aged 14 to 20 (approximately) and have not had kids, never breast fed, never ran or jogged and ALWAYS worn a reinforced support bra xx :heehee:

Just make sure that you are not in pursuit of the impossible hun xx

All said and done, I think your boobs look fab and will be well chuffed if mine look half as good :thumbs: I think you will probably need a lift AT SOME STAGE in the future....... and unfortunately no one can tell you when that will be xx
