I'm not happy ....thank you girls for nice words, but I don't feel sexy without bra..:(..my boobies dropped a lot since my op and I'm thinking to go back to my surgeon and ask for correction...maybe I need bigger implant or maybe I should go for little breast lift..don't know..but what I know is that £4000 pounds were spent for not what I was expecting....It's not about upper fullness anymore..It's about my saggy boobs!!...I want to look good in or without my bras!!...and if I don't fix this now in 2 years time I'll look like 70 years old grandma!
P.S. you girls gonna think that I should be happy with my results and that I complain to much....but I know what I asked for and I paid to get this..so.. ...it's all about my happiness and my money....It cost me a lot to collect £4000 pounds.. disappoint

I understand completely Missy.....I felt the same way. It wasn't about going bigger, it was about how they looked and what we pay for. I had a second op 5 months after my first op and now I am much happier with them. Everyone tried to tell me it was boob green, but it wasn't like that at all. I figured I paid a lot of money in the first place for them and if I had the second op soon after, it didn't cost me as much since I only had to pay for the surgery center. Good luck with your decisions and I hope you get what you are looking for in the endI know what I asked for....:(.. 571992

It's such a shame you feel like this- and although I love your boobs- if they're not what you ask for or was expecting then you should at least see surgeon and look into the options. Have you contacted ps?

..that's how they work...they offer CUI implants only, coz they rapture earlier ,the gel or silicon is thinner so they will sag earlier ...all that mean another surgery ...and more money for clinics!

no....i said that I want inspire soft touch....transform use only CUI.To have a different range you must tell them what you want...other wise you gonna end up with CUI "silicone" as me!..i changed my mind on the surgery day coz I was told that there's no different between this two ranges.it's just a wast of money, nothing else...so I went for it!..when I woke up and checked details of my implants I wasn't so sure about my decision..I ended up with:
CUI Round MicroCellTM Textured Silicone
Gel-Filled Breast Implants
Round, Low Profile MLP .....
SILICONE??!....it's mean that they are no cohesive gel filled implants....
...so the gel is thinner and it's a higher risk of leak ...rippling and sagging..
...girls,do you know how much implants costs??between £80-100 pounds!!this is what Transform pay for their CUI implants...and inspire are £120-150....shocking,coz as far as I remember i was told to pay £500 more for inspire soft touch..so in total implants would cost me around £700 pounds!
........so,if I wouldn't changed my mind my breasts would be fuller as cohesive gel is harder..and my upper breast side would be fuller... shrug

Oh that's such a shame you got swayed at the last moment :-( You'd have thought they'd have pushed you into paying the extra for the more expensive ones shrug ?! My PS said he preffered the natrelle's, and they were worth the extra money- at one point I did think is it really worth the extra, but then I thought I'm already paying thousands... what's a few hundred more to get he top of the range ones! I've got the soft touch natrelle's as I told him I wanted to keep firm breasts, even if this is a 'faker' look.. obviously it's too early days for me to judge too much, but so far I'm happy.
I think you need to go and see your PS, voice your grievances then go from there x

When I saw transform missy they said exactly them same, that's them upgrades weren't worth the extra and when I persued it and asked for a price they said £4 k for cui, £4500 for inspira and £5k for natrelle!! I thought the same, is it worth the extra money so I asked mr.H assan he said def as natrelle are the improved version of cui and mr..vijh refuses to use cui as he says he spend's a lot of time correcting problem's with them like rippling etc. They really shouldn't mislead people!
Having said that missy ur boobs do look fantastic in ur avitar!

They look amazing in your avatar, but what matters is what you think... weighing up your options wont hurt and not being afraid to say NO!! and pushing for what you want!! dont let this get you down, use your determination to get results xx I know what I asked for....:(.. 923101

Hi hun

I agree with the other girls they do look fab in your pic but it is how you feel that matters.

Could it be because they are low profiles? i had an uplift and low profiles but didnt like the look at all. I had them replaced with hp and feel they look better now. However i bottomed out so the reops (had to have 3) didnt cost me anything and he replaced the implants at the first reop.

Hope you get it sorted and feel happy.

What you are going through is one of the things I am worried about with my op.

I have booked through Transform with Mr Meleagros. I have been offered the 460 or 525 CMH CUI Allergan inplants. I was offered the Natrelle/Inspira but they are £500 more and Mr Meleagros does not feel they have been around long enough yet for there to be enough evidence to prove they are that much better than the CUI so I am sticking with the CUI.

I have been warned that I am borderline uplift as my breast tissue sits low. I don't want an uplift prior to having children or unless absolutely necessary.

Mr M said he believes he can give me the results I want but that my boobs may sit a little lower than I maybe expect. I think I am fine with this as I don't want the stuck on look.

I asked my boyfriend's opnion re my boobs in no bra - I asked if he would be happy with what I have now (position etc) but bigger and he said yes - this is good enough for me as he is the one who will see them with no bra (other than me).

And yes I do think you have amazing boobs but at the the end of the day it is you who has to be happy.

Sorry I am not much help but I hope you get the look you want the next time round if that is what you decide x x x
