Hysterical aw hope your ok rachel, you will be fine honestly im the biggest worrier and was so so nervous and i actually enjoyed the whole day.

I'm very worried that I may not wake up at 5am, so wondering if I should just stay up all night Hysterical I'm trying to decide if I'm extremely nervous or extremely excited and its a mix of both I think! xx

I've to be there for 7.30 so am getting picked up at 6. I hope I don't have to wait until 3.30 till I have mine Shocked I wish I was 1 month and 1 week on like you are! Are you glad now that you had it done? x

I am thrilled I had it done!!!! Best thing I ever did for me. I dont tend to think about it much now, just feel complete 👍 Only because I chat here ..they just feel part of me.xx

Being called human is quite a compliment thank you! Hysterical

I think it will definitely be the best thing that I've ever done for me too and I'm looking forward to when they feel part of me and not just stuck on like everyone seems to describe them at first!

I'm so pleased you guys and this forum is here, i've not told anyone at all other than my OH and kids, I'm hoping no one else notices :lol:

I only told my daughter and closest friend, so I know how you feel. No one has noticed (or said) This forum is really good. I am not saying that they will automatically feel part of you, you need to let them settle first. But you are having overs which means they will settle and soften much quicker and healing therefore much quicker.

Guess it still seems surreal at the moment though, as with everything you need to experience something. However, you only have a few hours to go now. Try keeping busy if you are not going to sleep.. it truly is a day to treasure Hug

Thanks Mia I'd forgotten that overs heal quicker so feel a little less nervous now :) and yes it does all seem surreal, it's like you put up with something for so many years and then in the next few hours its all going to change, its very exciting too!

Aw!! I wish I could do it for you Bum Wiggle Well I am 53 Rachel so that's a lot of years to wait Hysterical

Soo I really do know what it is like to feel insecure and lack confidence. As you say just a few hours changes everything negative about how you feel about yourself in respect of your deflated chest, so I thought just enjoy the day. I did, I did not even see my new boobs before I felt different..just woke up and felt something on my chest....HEAVEN!! Dr Lurve

Hysterical yes feeling something on my chest instead of in my armpits will be HEAVEN!! It will be sooo nice to just put on a bikini top and not have to keep pushing them back in the cup where they fell out of the empty spaces!

I'd say you waited more than long enough and more than deserved something for yourself :) x

Aw Thank You Rachel!!! That feeling is the best..no more spending ages looking for a bra that may fit or look o.k. no more embaressment and a bikini top...whoo what a bonus!!! Even have something to wash and feel confident naked. I cant believe I am saying these things. I feel so so lucky and at peace with my body. I truly hope you feel the same. You do not even have to wait till tomorrow now...5 hours to the new confident you Flash xx

Thank you! I'm still awake (obviously!) I dont know I'll get to sleep at all, far too excited/nervous guess I'll be so tired tomorrow night I wont have a problem sleeping at all! - hopefully! I might try now though, its just my luck that I'll fall asleep at 4.45am and sleep through the alarm at 5 Hysterical xx

I think if you even try to rest it might help to relax you. Even if you just lie down and read, watch tv. listen to the radio.. anything you enjoy really.
Just ensure you have an alarm or two to ensure you wake Hysterical xx
