Don't know what sports bras to buy to take with me for after surgery. Already have a 36D but don't know whether to buy a 38 or just buy bra extenders so they don't get wasted?

So much to think about. Already have my V pillow reserves at Argos he he

I would take 2 different ones to the hospital because you never know how much you'll swell after the GA, but bra extenders are a great idea, so you could buy one in your normal band size but bigger cup (obviously!) and when the swelling goes you could still use it x

I bought 4 different sized cheap £4 asda bras and took back the two I didn't need. As they only cost £4 I wasn't bothered about wearing and washing them to withhin an inch of their life.

I also got a shock absorber overarms bra for the weeks after they settled.

I hope to be a D/DD so was told to take D,DD and even an E incase of excess swelling! My normal band is 34 so I bought those 3 in a 34 and then the expanders to change them all to more like a 36. I only bought the cheap Asda ones and once I've got past the first few days and more settled then I'll buy a better one like the shock absorber like Roxy has xx

Yea the one I've got now is a tesco one for £5. Not bothered bout the money really just nice to not have ones lying around I won't use. Could buy a few closer to the date and take back the ones I don't wear.

So should I get ... Another 36D, 36DD and a 38D??

I would think if you get a 36DD and keep the bra extenders at hand too. I think it was missmarie who got one from Peacocks and apparently it is 5 or £6.00 and has padding at the incision site. I do not have that shop here but worth a look. It is soo difficult to visulise any different from what you have at present? I bought expensive ones initially as no asda etc here either, but would have done if had option untill the boobies arrived. All the best Flash
