was a very daring me that went out in that dress Friday night - erm - very daring and very full of champagne (celebration bottle ... not posh usually hahahah) it made it seem suuuuch a good idea!

omg, can't believe you managed gym with a broken tooth! That's amazing! I'm so lazy, the smallest excuse and I'm not going! I'll have to remember your dedication as inspiration for when I can go back to the gym... It's so nice once you've been, always makes me feel better, it's just getting there that's the problem lol xx

Im a bit of a freak. I lost 5 half stone and have a massive phobia of getting fat again. Its not a nice feeling so I gym it whatever mon,wed,Thurs and Tuesdays I do circuit training. It keeps me happy and means I eat healthily and try not to go down the eating disorders route again.
So please dont class me as a inspiration im a bad example to all.
