So after a whingy day 5, feel small and having boob greed i feel a lot better today...My boobs seemed to have softened up A LOT overnight! I can gently push them together and can see changes :) So much so i have taken a new pic today and put up a new avatar of the boobies :)

How long do you have to sleep upright for also?

I only had to sleep upright for a week and have been told i can sleep without a bra as of tonight!!! Thats gonna feel so weird ( but a whole lot comfier) Cheerleader

Who was ur nurse Nikita? I was told it was gonna be 2 weeks at my pre op but when i went for my check at 1 week post op and had dressings removed she said i could sleep flat again so maybe it depends on healing and fluid and stuff. I don't think i had much fluid in my boobies at all and certainly no bruising , i must admit i thought it seemed fairly quick xxx

Our nurse is in Norwich she's called hazel doesn't care about swelling says 14 days no shower 14 days upright no matter what or atleast she said that to me I don't mind thou I slept upright till day 16 as didn't feel ready to lay flat x

Nikita-Oh right xx I must admit i did it gradually lower and lower, hehe, and had one night when i woke up in pain in my left incision so sat completely up again for that night, ive been fine apart from that tho xxx

They look amazing. Your bra is so much nicer than mine too. Where did you get it from. Think ill go get another one tomorro as the ink on my bag of peas is marked it. Lol. Should have invested in a cool pk before my op. Good tip for you girls who have not had it done yet. Glad they are dropping:-) xx

Looking great hun, glad youre feeling better about them! Iv had a few down days but think its totally normal and I just look at my yuck pre-op pics to make me feel better.

Gemima the bra is a lonsdale one (I have lots of them - super comfy) you can get them from sports direct or amazon only £7.99 each.
I find they are a little limited on size as DD and E only goes down to a 34 band and I find the bands very stretchy but very comfy x

Thanks. I just niped down to asda and bought another one for the mean time and they didnt have 34 d so got a selection of other sizes. Went to try them on and one fitted but thought it was a c and didnt really want to buy a c didnt sound as good. Sarted.puttin it back in the packet to realise that it was a 34 DD, was soo chuffed and bought it instantly. Had great fun buyin it. Much more.fun than buying an A Cup. Xx
