Where are your incisions?
If they're under the crease, how low are they?
My surgeon suggested incisions lower than my normal creases to correct my tuberous breasts, but I think my boobs will look too low if the crease is lower than it is now.
I'm getting 525cc as well, will they look too low down?

Re: Where are your incisions?
I'm not sure with the tuberous issue...but my incisions are almost exactly in my natural crease, perhaps a tiny but above the crease (on the breast). By having the incisions lower is he saying the crease itself will be lowered??
My incisions did not at all affect my natural crease....

Well it's possible that this will look better to correct the tuberous breast issue, but I'd definitely ask him if they will be "lower" on your chest wall because 525 is def a big implant!!
good luck hun!!!

Re: Where are your incisions?
My crease has been lowered slightly but not by much. The nipple still needs to be central to the breast and if the implant diameter is fairly big (525cc has a fairly large diameter , i know it was too big for me and would have overhung and caused rippling) If it is only lowered slightly it shouldnt be a problem. I think mine (although lower than they were) still look in proportion and not too low for my body. xxxDont know how tall u are as well as if u are quite tall u will carry it off fine

Re: Where are your incisions?
I find the whole thing confusing TBH! I'm about 5ft 3 so a bit short but I'm wide lol and 2 out of the 3 surgeons I saw were happy to give me 525cc. As of right now my nipples aren't in the centre of my breasts, I have more on top than the bottom if that makes sense.

Re: Where are your incisions?
My crease seems lower than it was but I suppose I needed to cause my boobs are bigger, otherwise they would look too high for big boobs. I wouldn't worry he won't make them that low they would look wrong.
Re: Where are your incisions?
Misf1 is right they would look silly if they were too high and if 2 out of 3 have said its fine i wouldnt worry hun. I'm 5'3 but i'm narrow at the front and my body is quite short so only have room for 410cc which are 11.8cm diameter .I think the 525 are 12.7cm (if ur having cui high profile) which if ur broad wil fill out nicely on u but obviously the diameter goes all the way round(top and bottom of nipple as well as either side) so needs to be even. Sorry i dont think i've put it very well xxx

Re: Where are your incisions?
I think I need to get a tape measure out so I can get a better idea of how it'll look and keep everything crossed the incisions aren't by my belly!

Re: Where are your incisions?
I had my crease lowered by about a cm! PM me if you want to see my pics GucciGucci, so you can see hoe mine turned out.
My boobs were saggy from losing weight, and he lowered the crease as one of the many things he did to me to help give me perkier breasts without the uplift.
I was the same as you, thinking if he lowered the crease my crease would be down on my stomach, and that the whole of my boobs would be all weird and low, when I really wanted them up! But they've actually turned out just fine, my nipples are well centred, etc and they don't look weird and low at all.
The only thing I would say about it is that I noticed the area of skin between my natural crease and where he lowered it to was the most tender part of my boobs during the recovery, and when I was feeling great all over, that area was still a bit sore more much longer. That's gone now, though...

Kiwigirl- now u have said that about it being the most tender part it explains why i seem to get most discomfort in that area. I'd never thought about the fact the crease had been lowered!x

Re: Where are your incisions?
It took me a while to figure out as well! For a while I just kept wondering why I was so sore along my crease line when everything else felt fine, and then I realised the only area of pain was right along the line where he'd lowered the crease down... but as I say, it's fine now, and has been for a few weeks.

Re: Where are your incisions?
My incision was above my crease and settled on the crease. But my crease is lower than it was
Re: Where are your incisions?
If you think about it, it does sort of make sense that some girls would have creases different to before. Someone with naturally big boobs probably wouldn't have creases as high up as mine.
Kiwigirl, thanks. Can you PM me because I'm on my phone and it's not working! x

Re: Where are your incisions?
Mine's above the crease as well, like on the boob, only about a cm up though, practically in the crease.
