fluffing/dropping mean I need bigger sports bra? Empty fluffing/dropping mean I need bigger sports bra?

Does fluffing/dropping mean that I will need to get a bigger sports bra?

I bought a 34C for after the op then had to get a 34D cos it felt far too tight. I have been struggling with the pain this last couple of days and whilst Ive had some great advice from the ladies on here about over-doing it I also wondered about the bra fit?

I had wondered if its also cos my bra is too tight - i bought a DD sports bra in desperation from tesco (sports shops all shut by that time in the evening) and it did feel comfier in the cup but the straps and fastenings and shoulder bits were rubbishy and I had no patience with it and launched it across the bedroom in a paddy.

Any ideas if this could be causing my discomfort too? Would fluffing make me need a bigger cup size?

Thanks in advance. xxx

Maybe it's not the cup that need to go up its the back! Ur ribs may be swollen so perhaps buying a 36 would help xx

I should have said before - Id already tried 36D ones - i ordered a couple of different sizes to try for a better fit when I found the 34C too small on days 1/2 (and I havent gotten around to returning them yet fluffing/dropping mean I need bigger sports bra? 375568 ).

The 36D is definately too big on the band even fastened on the closest setting. Ive been shopping today and tried again in different brands to see and the 36-ers are all too big on the band.

So I tried again the 34D and the DD ones in different brands. I think the one I was already wearing are the comfiest - so after trying on half a dozen bras I ended up with the same one - ooops - still it saved me a few quid fluffing/dropping mean I need bigger sports bra? 199385 . x
