Post by jen86 28th October 2011, 8:11 am

Hi girls, as some of you are awre, i feel that my breast have no lower pole whatsoever,. I have an app in decermber with my surgeon to discuss it./ He thinks my boobs look fine, but of couirse he will say that!

WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS...

when i push on the top of my boob, my implant is forced downward and the lower pole fills out lovely! I was wondering that if i wore a compression band now at 6 months po, do you think it would make a difference? Did anyone here wear one that long after their op??

thanks girls xxx

Hi Jen my right boob is like that I'm nearly 9 weeks po abs had to wear my band for 7 weeks to push my implants down. I only had to stop wearing it because it would of pushed my left boob to far down.

Like you if I push down on my implant it fill out at the bottom and then looks the same as the left. My ps said it will take longer to drop and to fall into its pocket because I got severe muscular contracture in my right boob 2 weeks po. He is seeing me every 4 weeks to monitor it.

As your now 6 months po I would ask your ps if there's any chance he didn't cut the pocket big enough for the implant to drop into as when you push down and put pressure on it it goes down and when you release pressure it comes back up. If that makes sense.

Like Kay said if your not happy then it doesn't matter if your ps is. There your boobs not his and you paid a lot of money. I saw my ps 3 times in the first 7 weeks to make him aware of what it is I'm not happy with.

Good luck Hun x

Lauren is right xx It doesn't matter what he thinks they are your boobs and you should be happy xx If you are not then he needs to do revise until you are happy xx

Thanks for letting me see your pics xx

I PM'd you xx I would definitely say that the implant is too high xx the result is not terrible but I would definitely be pushing for your PS to fix the problem xx Hug I wouldn't be wearing a band this late on either, you shouldn't have to xx
