Yes from sleeping propped up on my back and also my posture which was quite hunched in a protective stance over my new boobies. Make yourself aware of how you are sitting and standing and correct yourself if you are hunching over.

yes my back shoulders and neck were sore and really tight but im also wearing a chest strap and thats a big contributor for feeling so consitricted

Yes misf1 is write be Conscious of how you're sitting as that really affects your posture and that may be giving you the backache as well as sleeping upright! X

To help ease the tension in your muscles you could pop a hot water bottle on your back, it helps a lot

wow misf1, I'm glad I wasn't the only one who did the whole "hunched over stance to protect the boobs." I have bad posture as it is, and I felt like it just got worse after my BA lol...glad you experienced that with me too as when I hunched I felt like I was protecting my boobies from getting bumped etc etc. <3 :)
