implant moving slightly?? Help!!
Hi ladies, i've taken my chest strap off today to try it for a couple of days as i spoke to the nurse yesterday and she said it would be fine as i've dropped quite well. My leftie is slightly firmer than my rightie, i've been told its because i'm left handed and that side will be being worked more??
Anyway, i leant over the dishwasher to pick something out of it, and it felt like my left implant kind of fell forward slightly, then when i stand up, i feel it kind of go back!! Its only in my lefty, and not massively noticeable but i do notice it, is this normal??? AAHH!!! I don't want my boobs to go wrong!!
xxxx

Re: implant moving slightly?? Help!!
Hey AmyD - I feel the same thing hun and I'm 2 months PO. It feels as if they're "falling forward" when I lean over to stretch or pick smthg up off the ground.
THey're securely under the muscle, so that's all youre feeling is the weirdness of them being under there. They couldn't pop out or anything (at least, not out the top!) Don't worry I get this all the time hope it stops soon it feels icky!

me too louise!!! Its a really yuck feeling!! hope this stops soon, apparently the implant needs time to adhere itself to the muscle, then it should calm down xxx

I agree they look great - I have had a similar problem with my leftie which incidentally has been the "noisy" one - I found I am now holding on to it when I do anything that might make it move, a habit I really need to get out of as it is embarrassing when shopping in Asda! xx

Hi AmyD, why don't you try wearing the sports bra while doing certain activities (e.g. cleaning the house, gardening, going down the stairs etc.)? That will keep them in place...

Re: implant moving slightly?? Help!!
It's normal to feel the implant move slightly. Make sure your sports bra is supportive enough and that you arent over doing it. It will pass once the implant has adhered to its pocket, rest and a bra that doesn't let them move will help
Re: implant moving slightly?? Help!!

Yer I've felt this moving around and I'm only 3 days PO! Also when I breathe and press the skin just above and between my breasts it crackles??? I think this is just fluid around the implants moving around but its a really strange feeling, like when you stand on fresh now sort of crackling :S

Re: implant moving slightly?? Help!!
When I lay down my right boob falls further to the side than the left! Does that mean mine still hasn't adhered to the pocket?? I'm nearly 4 mths post op and have worn a supportive bra since day1 xx
