UNDERS ...What should I expect post op?
I am concerned about what to expect after my op... I want unders, reasonably large  , and I am worried about how long it will take to be able to pick up and cuddle my bubba. She's one now but will be two when I get the surgery. Can any of you girls help me clear my concerns?
How long will I be in MAJOR pain?
When can I start to lift heavy little people again?
How long until the draining tubes come out and when do I get to lie flat again?
I will have help at home with some things (mum), but lifting bubba in and out of the cot and things just worries me. Can anyone shed some light for me? .
Little bit more about me:
I'm 5ft8", 136pounds/62kg and measure 29.5" ribs, and wear a 30c/32b bra (AND I'M BREASTFEEDING STILL!! ). Thinking of 450cc mod plus silicone unders, round. Hoping to get to 30f or g... not sure if the ps will let me go bigger than those as my BWD is about 13.5cm. I want to go larger but don't know how big I will be allowed, and I'm sure unders will hurt even more the bigger they are..
Help!! The only thing stopping me getting the boobs I always wanted is that I would be sacrificing my daughters care...which obviously I refuse to do.

Re: UNDERS ...What should I expect post op?
Hello darling, It really isn't as bad as you imagine, I had 340 unders and an anchor lift and I have an 11 month old and 6 year old. YOu'll be fine. I didn't have drains, some surgeons do use them and some don't. I was umke I could lie flat after a week. MY hubby took 5 days off after my op then I was on my own. I've been fine, picking ur my daughter with care, bend ur knees and try not to use ur pec muscles. JUst haven't pushed the buggy yet. After day 3 I wasn't really in pain. BEst of luck hun, hope that's helped x X X

Re: UNDERS ...What should I expect post op?
thanks heaps babe. I guess it's just that night time stuff you mention LolaDV, I can't go and get Mum up at 12, then 4 then 6am lol!!
Maybe the answer is to GO AWAY for the first week.. . recovery centre maybe? I'm in Melbourne Aus so there may be a good post op care place I can fork out my nose to...
All that thinking aside, I'm sure I will work it out. I'm single mum so it just makes it that little bit tougher when there's no other parent to take the reins. Ah well, that's what family is for right?!
